It has been a long month. A long several months for some who may need a bit of R&R and a ton of fun to drive the woes of those last few months away. With the weather growing warmer, the desire to keep cool grew with it...and what better way than with a big splash and a ton of fun?! Getting everyone together to coordinate a Beach Party was...difficult, but doable. Even those outside of Class 1-A were invited to have fun and enjoy themselves down by the sandy shore. Make sure to bring your bathing suits and belongings, this party's going on until the next morning!!


i. Stay Hydrated! (Swimming, water balloon/gun competitions, drowning your rival, etc.)

First thing's first, everyone in the water!! Sunblock up and get your H2O on in the best way possible! Coolers have been set up filled with frosty beverages as well as some, well...ammunition. Of course there's going to be water fights, what did you take this form?! Arm yourselves, Heroes, for a battle has been declared by one or several of your peers! Waterguns have been loaded up for those who wish to partake, and water balloons as well, but the true heavy hitters are those with elemental magic!! Show your stuff in a climactic battle against one another. Who will be the last one standing in this aquatic free for all?! WILL IT BE YOU?!

ii. Nitty Gritty (Sandcastle contest, beach volleyball, sunbathing, looking for shells/tidepools, burying your rival, etc.)

And after people have "cooled off" somewhat, enjoy drying off on the sand. Tanning, sunbathing and getting some color...the sky's the limit! Just beware of any stray volleyballs coming your way, Heroes, the competition is rightfully heating up like the midday sun! Seems nothing stays calm for too long when the raucous youths are having a good time. But, for those wanting a competition that's a little less strenuous, why not try your hand at building the most elaborate and well crafted sandcastle? Magic NOT allowed for this one, folks! Only the manliest of men and the truest of Heroes use their own sweaty palms to build something from nothing. Get to work!

Or, you know...you can just bury yourself or your partner in the and and make them into a parody of beefy muscle form All Might, or a gorgeous mermaid, if that's your thing. I'm not your sensei.

iii. I'M ON FI-YAAH (grilling/BBQ, late night bonfire activities (stories/songs), s'mores, dancing, etc.)

Wow, all that fun sure does work up an appetite! Not to worry, Heroes (and potential party crashers), food will be provided as well! Delicious barbequed meats - skewers, burgers, hotdogs, and even some grilled fish, too!! Get luck and find some clams in the sands? Heck yeah, let's start up a clam bake!1 The night is your oyster...er, clam! There's plenty here for everyone, so don't feel like you're being greedy! And of course, later in the evening when the fire has died down but the embers are still hot, marshmallows will be toasted to make the most fantastically scrumptious s'mores for all the sweets lovers out there. Enjoy a summer treat and share with friends!

But of course, bonfires aren't only there for food! How about some singing, dancing, and music? Or maybe a more...devilish campfire activity? Come up with the most gruesome, the most gory, the most horrifying tale to utterly spook Urara--I meaaan...your fellow friends and students.

iv. You're a Sky Full of Stars (stargazing and camping out on the beach)

At long last, the party is over and the night is calm and quiet. The final dying embers of the fire are but dim specks of red and orange, but the true fire is burning up above. Far from the light pollution of Camelot proper, million of stars dot the velveteen blackness of space in a beautiful portrait of speckled beauty. Keep your eyes up, maybe looking long enough one could see a shooting star. Make a wish, quick!! But don't tell it to anyone...

Then, curl up in the large tents that were brought along for a night of restful sleep. After such a long and fun-filled day, it's certainly needed for all. Just behave yourselves and don't be too loud so as to wake or rouse your neighbors, either.

[Eventually. That seems like such a heavy-handed word...eventually. How long is 'eventually'? Months? Years?? How old will Ochako be when she returns home to her mother and father? How many birthday will she spend without them? Will they even recognize her when she goes back - older and different? How many new and ugly scars will she have? Or, what if... What if something happens again? Something she can't recover from--]

Yeah. ...Eventually. [Ochako sighs, looking up at the stars again and rubbing at her face, to stop the sting behind her eyes. Stop that. This was supposed to be a happy moment. To unwind and relax and forget about all the terrible things that happened between her and her two friends. The spiders, those shitty dopplegangers, the trials. Put it away.] Ne, Deku-kun? What do you miss most about home?

I-I mean, besides the obvious. [Their friends and family.] Everyone thinks I'm crazy, but...I really miss school. I miss sensei, and doing lessons, and taking exams, and training. ...I miss my quirk.

[Stop it. Go back.]

Haaah~! Remember when we first met and you helped me out? Then I smacked you real hard so you wouldn't fall? Ehehe, I...I don't think I ever thanked you for that. Um. N-Not properly. ...Thanks. You saved me.

[It's hard to fight back the heaviness and they probably shouldn't do that but Izuku looks down at his feet and nods. Feeling a little distant from home is hard. And he misses a lot of things...

But he first tries to say something lighter, a little nervous and sheepish as he does. With a laugh,]

Is it bad that I miss going to All Might merch releases? ... Before all of this stuff happened I was waiting for the next re-release of the golden age figures coming out of the vault for his anniversary.

[Izuku, you shit nerd.]

Aha, but I miss school too...! And everything else... I didn't mind that. You helped me too, so it was ...

[He smiles.]

[Ochako laughs quietly, her shoulders shaking just so when Izuku mentions All Might. Of course he was, he's practically their teacher's number one fan and all that... It must be killing Izuku not to have any of his merchandise or anything available in this world. Hm...maybe if she pulled a few strings, she could--...heh. A plan for the future, perhaps.]

All Might really is your favorite, huh, Deku? [That's a no brainer, but Ochako just loves hearing her friend talk about his interests and hobbies. It's really endearing, actually, and Ochako also misses getting to watch her favorite Hero, Thirteen, work as well. Their amazing rescues, their powerful quirk...gosh. Meeting them at the USJ for the first time was the best thing ever for Ochako (before it all went to shit, but she's not thinking about that).] I miss hearing about the Pros, too. I-I know this place has Heroes and stuff too, of course, it's like those old legends about Arther and his Knights and stuff, but...it's different, you know? I miss our Heroes. Present Mic, Eraserhead, Midnight-senpai...Ryukyu and Mirko, too!

[She sighs a little bit, kicking her feet a little and pausing to chew her lower lip between her teeth a little bit. Should she? It's embarrassing what's on the tip of her tongue, but...ah. Whatever.]

Mm, always. In place of all the Pros, we have to be each other's Heroes, ne? Hero Deku, ehehe, I think he's my favorite....but don't tell anyone else. [And she sticks out her tongue playfully.]

[Izuku absolutely loves All Might and for all the obvious reasons! He looks so happy to just talk about him for a second. There's more to it than he lets on too, just because All Might has been a mentor to him in more ways than just being one of his teachers. Sometimes he wonders what All Might would think of all this. If he came to this world and saw all of them here, doing their best. He still has so much to ask All Might about...

Because... When Ochako brings up their other teachers? He wonders how they are. What happens to everyone when Izuku's point in time had been paused for him to come here. Back then it was a huge battle and he's unsure how it all panned out. If All Might was here maybe he'd be able to tell him. Reassure Izuku about the things he's worried about.

But her words make him look up again, smiling with an embarrassed nod. Somehow hearing her call him a pro hero feels pretty great. He looks a little wibbly.]

Uraraka-san...! Ahaha, yeah. Even if we can't follow the heroes back home right now there are heroes here that are just as great! I got to meet Sir Gareth, she's one of the knight of the round table and knows so much about King Arthur and the knights. She told me all about a time where she had to fight an enemy for two days straight in order to save a princess. That's... amazing!! She really pushed her limits!

[Seems Izuku is still the same rambling fanboy about heroes-- turned knights.]

I was thinking maybe I could be a knight someday too. It's like being a hero, so I could be a pro... knight?

[He chuckles.]

[It would really be nice to see even one of their teachers again. Just to same someone older and more experienced be there for them when they need it. It's no lie that Ochako has had several bouts of homesickness the past few months, reminded at every turn that she's constantly missing her mother and father. It feels...weird to be on her own like this, even if she's managed very well so far. Ochako's still a kid, after all - they all are - and she just...wants to sometimes have the comfort of an adult around. It's why she misses the Pros so much - Midnight, Aizawa, All Might and Mic...all of them have felt like a second family of sorts.

Ochako doesn't know about the future, only knows that something bad is going to happen, because Bakugou let it slip accidentally. The weight has been on her mind, on her shoulders, for weeks...set aside and put away like all the other thoughts and emotions she doesn't want to deal with. Compartmentalizing. Ochako's become a Pro at that, haha.

But oh, that's a name Ochako actually recognizes, and she perks up a bit when the familiarity strikes her.]

Oh, you've met Gareth-san? Uwaah, I knew she was a knight, but I didn't realize she was so special!! Ehehe, I'm glad you met her, Deku-kun, she's really nice, a-and really strong and cool! [Listening, Ochako's eyes widen a bit, filled with awe and a bit of muted 'oh lord' in there.] Two whole days...she never told me about that. Heeeh...I bet it was really, really hard.

Hahaha! Pro Knight Deku!! That sounds funny! [And cute.] But I bet you could do it. I-I don't really know how such a thing works here, but if that's what you want to do, then do your best! I'm not sure if I want something like that...even if it'd be cool. I kinda just like doing things the way I am now - is...that too lazy?

[Just. Ochako never really dug in to the whole Top Charts scene very much. Her favorite was always Thirteen, who was pretty low of the charts, but she admired them because of their heroic deeds, not because they were the so-called best or ranked high or whatever. A number is just that, a number. Best or worst is a variable, changing based on the opinions of the masses.

Anyone could be someone else's number one.]

[There is something bad that is going to happen. That note is stuck in Izuku's head all the time... But he tries not to let it worry him too much since Katsuki told him that there's nothing they can do about it right now. That they should be doing what they can right now to prep for it. And he's right about that.

Still... He should talk to Ochako about that someday...

Right now, he's enjoying getting to chatter to her about heroes and knights? It's okay to keep talking about that, right? Because he starts to laugh, his cheeks getting warm as he rubs his nose with a finger.]

Ahah... Pro Knight Deku, I think I like the sound of that! If I could be even half as cool as Sir Gareth I'd take it! Being a knight for the king, helping people no matter what? I think it really is a lot like being a hero back home. I want to do it.

[He wants to be able to help! But he shakes his head quickly.]

I don't think you need to do it, though. Doing what you can or what you want is good too, Uraraka-san. I don't think Kacchan cares much about a knight title either. Sometimes just getting to do quests and working on what you want is good too. We should take the opportunities we have, right?

[Izuku has just always been attracted to those shiny big-name titles. That's just how he is.]

Maybe you should see if you can chart stars here. You seem to like the stars a lot.

[It's definitely a conversation they're going to need to have, at one point. If Ochako can mentally prep for it, she might be a little better off, but it won't exactly be anything easy to digest. But for now, they all have to do what they can, indeed. Right now, right here, it's time to relax and not worry about those bad things.]

I bet you'd be really good at it, Deku - being a knight and helping people suits you really well. I'm not sure if I want to, just yet though, yeah. I just...mmh. I dunno.

[It sounds cool? It does, and it makes sense because it's so similar to being a Pro Hero here, but...ah. Maybe it's selfish, but Ochako just doesn't really want to put roots in this weird world. It's not home, and it will never be home, not really. She wants to do her best, and help people, but at the same time her hopes and dreams aren't in this world. Similar, yes, but only just that. It's never going to be the same. It's never going to really replace anything of what she knows or wants. Maybe...one day. But she'll have to really think hard on it.]

Ehehe, you're actually not the first person to tell me that, Deku-kun!! I've been a bit busy, but I wanted to see if there's a planetarium or astronomy center somewhere here. I bet there is, since stars and celestial bodies make up a lot of magical folklore, so it'd make sense, ehehe... [She grins a little bit, , rocking back and forth in her seat now.] I got into space study because of my quirk, actually. Learning about gravity...then just going from there. If I didn't want to be a Hero, maybe an astronomer would have been cool.

[Or astrophysicist. Ochako's best subject is science, and she's always blowing everyone out of the water when the topic of space comes up in their classes.]

[Izuku nods at her comment about her own goals. He thinks it's fine to take this world for what they want. It's just in Izuku's own nature to want to help people no matter where he is. Her path might be different here. And that's fine.

Like maybe her taking on astronomy for real?]

Is that where you got your inspiration for your hero name too? It suits you, Uraraka-san. I think if you wanted to see what sort of studies you can take here when it comes to the stars, you'd be great at it.

[He smiles.]

I don't know a lot about the stars and space, maybe you could teach about some of it.

[In all honesty, helping people and preserving their smiles is a similarity Ochako and Deku share with one another. Even if she has other hobbies and things she nerds over and likes a lot, it just can't change the nature of who she is, deep down. Her will and desire to help and care for people that are in need - that generous and kind heart that always gives and gives to everyone, even if it risks tearing her apart in some way. Just like Deku, Ochako can't stop being a Hero.]

Not really? It's more a combination of my name and my quirk. Ura from Uraraka and avity from Zero Gravity. But...maybe subconsciously I thought to be a bit more like Thirteen, ehehe. Sort of like you and All Might - you two are pretty similar, and he's really taken you under his wing back home, too, huh?

[She beams then., kicking her feet back and forth and leaning in toward Deku's side a bit.]

If you want, then next time let's make our outing together to a place we can see the stars!! A planetarium or an astronomy tower! I'll teach you anything you wanna know that I know!!

[It sure is an understatement...and one she's definitely starting to put the pieces together to, but not quite all together just yet. Ochako's perceptive, and not a dummy by any means, but her trust in Izuku sometimes blinds her to his numerous flaws sometimes, too. It's a bit of a drawback of being close friends with someone, sometimes - you're too taken by how amazing they seem, to see the ugly secrets they hide in the darkness of their soul.]

Mm, it's really pretty cool, though!! You admired him so much and everything, and now he's really helping you grow into a really good Hero, too!! I'd sort of be the same way with someone like Thirteen, you know? Even though right now I'm studying with Ryukyu-san and everyone.

[Ochako grins wide, kicking her feet and playing a bit with the sand between her toes a little.]

Usually when you're higher up, away from the light pollution, you can see them way better. It's why most astronomers and photographers go waaay out into the mountains or wilderness to look at them all. I'd love to see a view of the Milky Way like how I've seen it in pictures. But if the stars here really are different, that's going to be weird but exciting, too... I'll start looking into it and let you know when I find something, okay? I'll text you!!

[Ochako takes a deep breath, then slides off the log she was sitting on and stretches.] I think I'm going to go to bed now. Um...th-thanks for sitting with me, Deku-kun, and...ehehe. Everything else.
