To my warm home
🧙 WHO: Colette Brunel & Open
⚔️️ WHAT: March catch all!
🕒 WHEN: March, throughout the month
🗺️ WHERE: Camelot/surrounding area sort of thing.
⚠️ WARNINGS: Nothing off of the top of my head? I mean besides the general 'raised as a sacrifice' thing that kinda. Comes with Colette because being the Chosen Sucks guys!
Closed: Kratos
[She has by now heard that some new arrivals show up every now and then. So when she hears the next group should be coming, she decides to head to find out if there might be any familiar faces among them. She isn't necessarily expecting it, knowing it might not be guaranteed but she won't know if she doesn't check, at least, right? So she does. She heads out with the carriages and keeps an eye out for any familiar faces (even if she might be more limited in that in not being able to recognize Presea, Zelos or Regal for example.)
So when she spots Kratos among them, she waves, jumping up on tip toes in not being able to actually use her wings here as she calls out to him.
Sure. Last she recalls he was kinda pretty much leading her to her death but. Still. It's a familiar face among all this and he was just doing his job then. Keeping her safe until she got to that Final Seal and all. That wasn't his fault that she had been raised believing sacrificing herself was her duty. What everyone wanted. If it meant they prospered and the mana was restored again.]
Kratos! You're here too?
[Of course in her enthusiasm as she rushes over in approaching, she trips. Her arms flail as she starts toppling forwards. But no, she doesn't try summon her wings to help her regain her balance. Because she can't. Not here. The fact she can speak again is another indication things were different. Or at least. They are on her end from what she last recalls.]
Quest: Sir Fuzzerton
[Colette. Admittedly doesn't know rabbits as well as she does dogs but even then. If she knows what this rabbit looks like it shouldn't be too hard to find it? She just has to check the cafes. He's probably in one of them at least.
Though maybe initially she isn't sure how many there are it couldn't be that difficult an undertaking? Surely? Colette puts together a list with the names of each and goes through them, checking the rabbits. Of course she still gets distracted playing with them thinking they were still cute. But she is still there for a reason! So she tries to stay on task, asking the owners of the cafes or anyone else nearby if there were any rabbits that had been pets that were found and brought in or something. She has a note, a piece of paper with the basic information at least as she asks around. Glancing between it and the rabbits.]
He's an angora rabbit. His name is Sir Fuzzerton. I'm sure since he's lost he's alone and upset! We have to find him. Actually, I wonder if he had a collar, that would help.....wait, do rabbits wear collars? I'm not even sure what an angora rabbit looks like in comparison to others.
[Please help. Colette is much more clueless around rabbits. But she wants to help in hearing about a lost pet!]
Quest: Run, Snagglefoot!
[Colette.....is a klutz. That's well known enough back home given her tendency to leave Colette shaped imprints in walls she trips into, often tripping over air and it might be debatable in how much her wings helped with that in her flying. Not that she has said wings here but as she does manage to approach the thieves she.....yes. Yes she has just straight up tripped into one of them. Of course she has.
Which may or may not have others working with her to try find said thief basically just. Facepalming at her as she flails her arms in some attempt to keep her balance and fails, tripping right into Snagglefoot on his way to the stables.
And. Yes. Yes she is apologizing to him for it.......]
Ah, I'm sorry!
Wildcard:
[Basically here if people want to do something else? She can probably be found alternatively practicing her Light magic, taking her huge Not Dog (that is not actually specifically Noishe, for those familiar) for walks or playing some sort of catch/frisbee like game with her new familiar. She's actually pretty good at throwing, given chakrams are her preferred weapon outside of her Angelic abilities back home. Or maybe she is crouching and petting and cooing at Every Single Dog she encounters.
Or just. Generally tripping over air because that's kinda also her Thing, obviously. Alas for all those poor walls with their Colette shaped imprints in them.]

Inside, Ochako looks around from the back way, eyes scanning for a glimpse of that long, angora fur that's specific to Fuzzlerton. Though, with so many rabbits laying or hopping about, that's easier said than done. Hopefully Colette has a good eye, and better luck!]

[He's the only one still on the floor. Standing out without any other rabbits of his particular species. Colette reaches, trying to figure her abilities, her light, to create a barrier. Even just a tiny one just around the rabbit to stop it escaping. She manages, but barely. Given using her magic is still something she is working on and newer to in comparison to what she could do back home.]
I did it! Ochako, grab him!
no subject
He does struggle though, rather viciously, and Ochako holds him out at arm's length, adjusting her grip on the bunny as he twists and squirms in her grasp. Good gracious, this is supposed to be some sort of so-called royal?! He's acting like a barbarian!]
I-I got him!! Colette-chan, try to get a b-basket, or a carrier! H-He keeps wiggling!!
no subject
[She finds one nearby, grabbing one of the carriers on offer for those taking one of the rabbits as a pet. She explains to the staff they'd been looking for this particular rabbit that was a lost pet that was sneaking to the cafes to visit the other rabbits, thanking them for their help as she passes the carrier to Ochako to put the little guy inside.]

Haaah....! We got him! W-We finally got him!! N-Now we can take him home at last...
no subject
Yes! I'm sure his owner will be missing him! We should get him back right away! Ah, they did give an address, right?
no subject
Mm? Oh! Yeah, there should be an address on the actual request, let me see... [Doot, doot, Ochako is checking her phone and...] There! It says it's in the district past the one we're in now, toward the middle quarter of Camelot - not far at all. Let's hurry, Colette-chan, we should get him back quickly, so his owner won't worry if he's safe.
[And off they go! It really doesn't take long at all, though once they near the more aristocratic area of Camelot, closer to the palace grounds, the duo will be stopped by guards at the entry point they need to go through, asking what their business is. Thankfully, one look at the angora rabbit, and the balk, immediately letting the two girls inside and ushering them forward without another word. Seems this Fuzzlerton is a pretty infamous rabbit...or at least comes from a well-to-do family.
And that will become apparent as Ochako stands outside the gate to the enormous manor home that belongs to Fuzzlerton's owner, eyes wide. Dear god, she is a poor little bumpkin and staring at wealth rivaling even maybe Yaomomo's.]
H-Heeh...wow... It may be bigger than Momo-chan's.
no subject
So huge! How many people actually live there? A whole town.....?
[She feels like most if not all of those living in Iselia back home could live in this one building.]
no subject
[If they're anything like how the well-off people are like in her world, that's really not too far off the money. Maybe a small family and the rest is just people who work there - like chefs, cleaners, and assistants to carry out daily tasks. Regardless, Ochako buzzes them in and after being told to enter and wait at the door by (supposedly) a security officer for the property, or groundskeeper, the lady of the house emerges, rather flustered, with tears in her eyes as she rushes to embrace the two girls and shake their hands graciously.
She seems overjoyed to be reunited with her precious bunny, and after a cursory checkup, she puts Fuzzlerton back in a rather large enclosure to be with his mate again...who gives him a sniff, then headbutts him and chases him around for a few minutes before holing up in their den. A-A lover's tiff, probably...
But!! The two are promised payment for completing the request, and funds to be put into their accounts within a few days. In the meanwhile, they're treated to (or, really, insisted to) a small lunch or some rather lavish desserts, and let on their way with a handful or quite expensive and very exquisite chocolates and candies. And also the kindly, middle-aged woman tells them that if they ever, ever need anything to let her know and she'll take care of it.]
Hee...she was awfully nice... [One of the few nice, overly generous, caring people Ochako has met that has uhhh...far more than herself. It's good to see there are those more fortunate than others out there that don't lord their wealth and status over anyone, and are kindhearted and giving.] I'm glad she got her bunny back!!
no subject
[This is rather foreign for Colette, given her more humble origins. She's never seem a building this huge. She's in awe, staring all wide-eyed as she follows Ochako. She's a little taken aback by the embrace but easily takes it in stride, telling the lady she was glad they were able to help. Even as she....might be a little alarmed at the headbutting between the rabbits.
She leaves feeling rather overwhelmed at it all and with her pockets full of chocolates and candies.]
Ah, she was! I'm glad we were able to help! She didn't need to.....so much food....
