[ Pyrrha took on this quest because she felt like helping the elves out. It just sounded like they were having a hard time and as someone who's seen what bullying can do to people, she isn't down for this at all. She'd rather help where she can than leave them to be mocked and made fun of, but, uh.

The quest starts out relatively simple and Pyrrha, being six feet, is able to carry around the nobles with relative ease. However, it's not the weight that's killing her but the duration in which she needs to carry them around for. This is not what she was expecting, and it's getting a little excessive.

At least she's not alone in this job, though. Pyrrha will turn to the nearest person who's also carrying a chair and give them a tired smile. She isn't thrilled about this. ]

Are you holding up alright? This seems like a little more than we bargained for.

[ This mission sure is interesting, because Pyrrha realistically knows the arrow is harmless but she can't get past the image of piercing someone with it. She's pretty sure it won't hurt, given its intended purpose, and when she's matched with a willing participant, she looks down at the arrow in her hand. She's holding her bow with the other. Then, she looks up at her partner. ]

You're sure about this, right? I'll be here in case anything goes haywire.

[ Her presence may or may not aid in whatever hijinks occur post-arrow piercing. ]

[ While Pyrrha agrees that the selkie's husband is pretty terrible, she also thinks that the selkie herself is being unreasonable. This doesn't seem like something worth killing anyone over, and really, Pyrrha is against killing other people unless it's absolutely necessary. It really isn't in this particular instance -- at least, she thinks so.

She's hoping that if they need to resort to violence, she can just knock the guy out and call it a day. Still, she doesn't know what her partner has planned, so she looks over at them a little warily. ]

Let's not do anything...rash, if we can help it.

[ Just throwing that out there. ]

[Somehow, Raven ended up doing the quest at the same time as Pyrrha, which is both fine and not fine. Fine because it's always good to have some back up, especially without their usual powers. Not so fine because she was very much keen on killing the man. Mostly because the kind of person he was pissed her off.]

It's easier and faster if we just deal with him quickly.

You're telling me.

[ His shoulders were starting to go sore from being locked in the same place for a long time. Of course, he considered himself lucky that he didn't feel anything in his arms, so to speak. ]

I wonder how much longer we'll be here.

[Dawn looked ready for this. She felt she was the best choice for this - not like she would try and take advantage of people. Besides, it wouldn’t hurt, right?]

I’m sure of it! Besides, what’s the worst that can happen?

[ It's impossible not to notice that she's having second thoughts, so he shows Pyrrha a small smile. And since Akira's not sure if reassuring her that he's sort of used to test weird things out will be of any consolation, he just sticks to smiling. ]

Hey, don't worry. If anything, you'll patch me up.

[ There's no guarantee that healing magic will help with anything, but...what could possibly go wrong. ]

[This is... Well. It sure is a request. Kaede isn't... Quite sure how he feels about it. It seems extreme, but... What will happen if they let him live? He's not sure.

And, besides, he's going to die anyways, isn't he?]

By rash you mean killing him?

[YEAH HE'S JUST. GOING TO ASK FOR CLARIFICATION LIKE THAT.]

He doesn't have to die for this, though.

[ She is very much in disagreement here. It seems like such a trivial, petty thing... It's really not worth taking someone's life over, in her opinion. ]

All we need to do is get the pelt back. We can simply knock him out, can't we?

[ She frowns, trying to keep her voice hushed and out of earshot of the elves. ]

Hopefully not much longer. Maybe keeping ourselves distracted will help the time go by faster? They didn't say anything about us not being able to talk to each other.

[ She wouldn't mind getting to know her partner-in-crime for this particular quest, after all. ]

[Tsuna looks a little shakey. While he's gotten stronger, he's still not the most physical of individuals and if nothing else, seems a little winded.]

I-I'm managing...I think I can get there.

[Sometimes, Tamaki isn't so certain he really understands the logic behind the quests that wind up being advertised. This is one of them. While the bullying is terrible, he's not so sure if this is really helping anyone.]

I've been more uncomfortable. [His complaint is practically mumbled into the neck of the sweater he's wearing, but he certainly doesn't seem like he's struggling to hold the chair in his hands.]

...It seems a little petty, doesn't it? [The chair thing. Isn't there a better solution?]

Well, I'm glad you're ready for it!

[ And not like. Freaking out or something. That helps alleviate some of Pyrrha's nerves, at least. ]

Wait here, I'm going to take a few steps back.

[ And so she does. She puts distance between herself and Dawn and readies the bow and the arrow. She aims right at Dawn's arm, not exactly wanting to pierce her in the chest, and counts down: ]

Three, two, one...shooting!

[ And just like that, Pyrrha shoots the arrow at the other girl. ]

[ At that, she laughs a little. She's improving with her healing magic, but she still can't do much so she hopes that Akira's hope in her won't be misplaced. Still, though, it's a nice sentiment. ]

I'm glad you have faith in me. Now...

[ She takes in a deep breath and takes several steps away from Akira. She positions her bow and arrow and aims at him even if it feels incredibly wrong to be doing so. She'll trust in the arrow, though, and she looks over at him. ]

I'm going to shoot, okay?

[ And should Akira give his approval, Pyrrha will go ahead and shoot the arrow. If, for some reason he doesn't, she'll hold off. ]

[Dawn gasps as the arrow hits home, striking her arm. There’s no blood, thank goodness, but as Dawn looks up, she smiles widely at the other girl.]

Good aim, I... ooh, I think the magic is hitting!

[And Dawn is quick to run to Pyrrha’s side]

...Yes. That's what I mean.

[ OOF. I mean, she doesn't fault him for asking, but goodness. ]

Let's not resort to that if we can help it.

[...

There's a very long, very uncomfortable pause.]

Isn't that what we're supposed to do?

You look like you could use a break, Tsuna.

[ She's worried, okay!! It's been a long day. ]

Do you want to rest for a few minutes? I can cover both sides of the chair if you'd like.

Perhaps a little...

[ Don't tell that to the elves, though, but Pyrrha agrees. This all seems a little much, and she moves to wipe a bead of sweat off of her forehead with her shoulder. ]

Maybe we can brainstorm some ideas of how we can pass the time a little faster?

[He's pretty sure he'd get cursed, or WORSE, if he said this directly to the elves. Which is probably why he's keeping it to himself. Well, himself and Pyrrha now.]

I'm not really good at that. [It almost sounds like that's all he's going to say, but he follows it up with a quick:] But I'll try.

[Nejire would probably have suggested making a game out of it, 30 questions or something. Tamaki glances over at his partner and eyes her closely. Maybe that would work here? He certainly needs to work on making friends.]

...Have you played 30 questions before?

Sounds like a plan, really. Talking’s usually nice.

[ It was also better than being attacked for something out of his control. He also kept his voice down in order to not disturb anything, but that didn’t stop him from humming as he thought of how best to continue. ]

So, uh, what’s your name? I’m Naoto.

[ If he was in her shoes, he'd hesitate just as much if not more, honestly. Even if the arrow doesn't look particularly pointy or dangerous, it's still a weapon. His hunch is telling him that he should be more concerned about the after-effects, but at the same time, he can't imagine them to be that bad. Oh well. ]

Ready.

[ He doesn't move an inch not to stress Pyrrha out even more and remains that way when she shoots—the urge to dodge is there, but Akira manages to ignore it. When the arrow hits him, it's painless and a bit weird. ]

I'm not sure if it worked— [ A sudden pause. ] Oh.

[ And then he just starts giggling. ]

[Tsuna is putting on a brave face but the thought of a break is almost a welcome one.]

Are you sure? I wouldn't mind a break for a few minutes.

It's not going to be too heavy?

Is it--

[ Oh? Pyrrha blinks a little as Dawn runs up to her side. ]

What are you feeling, exactly?

Affection... but, I'm not sure it's love-love.

[She does wrap her arms around Pyrrha and rests her head on her.]

I think it's a crush... but, I never really met you until today.
