[ While Pyrrha agrees that the selkie's husband is pretty terrible, she also thinks that the selkie herself is being unreasonable. This doesn't seem like something worth killing anyone over, and really, Pyrrha is against killing other people unless it's absolutely necessary. It really isn't in this particular instance -- at least, she thinks so.

She's hoping that if they need to resort to violence, she can just knock the guy out and call it a day. Still, she doesn't know what her partner has planned, so she looks over at them a little warily. ]

Let's not do anything...rash, if we can help it.

[Somehow, Raven ended up doing the quest at the same time as Pyrrha, which is both fine and not fine. Fine because it's always good to have some back up, especially without their usual powers. Not so fine because she was very much keen on killing the man. Mostly because the kind of person he was pissed her off.]

It's easier and faster if we just deal with him quickly.

He doesn't have to die for this, though.

[ She is very much in disagreement here. It seems like such a trivial, petty thing... It's really not worth taking someone's life over, in her opinion. ]

All we need to do is get the pelt back. We can simply knock him out, can't we?

I didn't say it was forgivable. All I'm saying is that we don't have to kill him to complete the mission.

[ She can tell that this isn't going to go well. Pyrrha is being stubborn in that she doesn't want to back out of the mission, and at this point there's a chance it'll turn into making sure Raven doesn't kill him more than actually securing the objective. ]

Murder was presented as an option, not a requirement.

It was, but think about it. If you let him just walk away, he'll find another Selkie and enslave that one. Maybe even the same one, if she's unlucky.

[ An option Pyrrha greatly does not want to take, thank you very much. ]

It's definitely the option she wanted us to take most, but...

[ She heads north -- the direction of the wretched husband -- and is relatively silent as she walks. The atmosphere is tense in her mind after that discussion with Kaede, and given the nature of this quest, she's more inclined to stick around to make sure murder doesn't actually happen than get what they were asked to retrieve. ]

Do you have a way of defending yourself in case he decides to attack us?
