The building is a regular, empty building next to Azul's Golden Silence restaurant. It has been decorated stylishly and business owners have been adviced to set their own booths to promote their businesses. There are both otherworlders and natives around. How they have set up their booth has been completely up to themselves.

If people require a private place to discuss business/do interviews, Azul has kindly provided his restaurant's VIP rooms for such situations.

Azul has also provided the event with some refreshments. Ren has mostly been in charge of the advertisement and getting people to the venue (both business owners and potential new employees).



OOC: There are plenty of native employers here as well, offering jobs. Grocery stores, blacksmiths, restaurants, cafes... anything, really. All the business owners of otherworlders are encouraged to make their own Top Levels to scout some new employees!

Of course, general mingling in between employer/employee finding is encourages as well.

Shining Karaoke

[Ren has a booth of his own, promoting his business: Shining Karaoke. There's a list of following job opportunities open:

Barkour

[Jean is managing the booth for Barkour - an Animal Agility Gym and Park. He's looking for employees and/or volunteers to help around with the establishment - maintenance, going through agility courses with animals, rehabilition with some animals.

He's a very new business owner so his booth is just a simple one with the flyers for the business and not much else.]

Golden Silence

[Not only is he around to network and all of that, he is also hiring.

And basically everything but bouncer is hiring. Chefs, waitstaff, bartenders, bussers--if it's at a restaurant, it's open and he will be most interested in hiring otherworlders for now.]

Moondrop

[ Among all the other booths is one with some greenery on display - Moondrop, the flower shop turned flower shop/garden store/cafe, is hiring!

Tsumugi's looking for people to fill all sorts of roles, from florists and baristas to general help and customer service. Feel free to ask him any questions, or just say "hello"! He's even got some small succulents to give out to anyone who seems interested, alongside informational flyers.

(and if starts talking about kaika theater, the next booth over, or theater in general? he can't help it! he may be a business owner, but acting's still his life blood.) ]

Fortune Panda

[There's Fortune Panda at the job fair. There's a portable stove and some okonomiyaki made on the spot for taste testing. Archer does excel better at making food than talking, after all.

The sign says they are mostly looking for wait staff and cleaners at the restaurant.]

Trappist Café

[A Belgian beer café that was looking for all levels of hired help. Specifically:

-Management
-Brewers (alchemists, green mages, and anyone with experience in making alcohol)
-Couriers
-Wait Staff
-Kitchen Staff

Belgium herself even had some samples of truffles out on display to help entice people to her booth.

At the very least she can get some new customers through this.]

kaika theatre!

( To nobody's surprise, Kaika Theatre's stand is right next to Moondrop's and Izumi is at the helm of it, all smiles while surrounded by photographs of her actors on stage, showcasing the various productions they've held so far in Avalon. There's even a copy of a couple of scripts available — partially for auditioning purposes, partially just to entice people in.

Across the centre of the stall, the following job opportunities are listed:
— actors
— concession stand workers
— ticket booth workers
— backstage staff (various)
— cleaners
— among others! Please chat to us if you're interested but not certain what you want to do.

Of course, the neighbouring spot to Moondrop definitely means that Tsumugi pops his head in a few times through the day to wax lyrical about the benefits and joys of acting. )

off limits

( Kate doesn't want to be here. But, unfortunately, the world doesn't stop for her wants and this job fair is happening one way or another.

So. There's a stall for off limits, Camelot's local parkour gym. It is bare bones to the extreme, simply a table with Kate sat there, resting her chin in her hand, the gym logo printed on a piece of paper and stuck to the edge of the table. Next to her sits another sheet listing the available positions;

— parkour instructors
— reception staff
— cleaners
— space upstairs available for rent, multi-purpose

Still. None of that really changes the fact that Kate is almost constantly tapping her foot and looking towards the exit throughout the day.

Phoenix Roost

[Next to Izumi's theatre booth is Rei's booth for ✨Phoenix Roost✨, a club and music performance venue. The advertisement banner and table are slightly obnoxious, keyed up with crisp branding. MARKETING CAN MAKE OR BREAK A BUSINESS OKAY

Advertised openings include:

• Bartenders
  
• Cafe staff

And evening gigs are available for performers.

The titular "phoenix", Princess, is there as well, sitting on Rei's shoulder and scolding him with little trills every time he leans back too far in his chair and makes her readjust her balance.

Miramare

[Hitoya may lack for a business license but he still squeaked his way in here through other connections and credentials. The fact of the matter is, running a property as a lord takes an army and he's happy to look for help wherever he can get it.

So he's here today representing Miramare, a castle on the southern coast of Avalon. The travel brochure would describe it as a temperate oasis boasting good weather and abundant harvest most of the year round. And there's plenty of pictures to make the case.
