Speed Dating & Friendshipping

WHAT'S UP?

Speed Dating & Frienshipping is a (player-run) Valentine's Event hosted by Ren Jinguji and Camus at Shining Karaoke, located in Camelot.

During both of these events, participants talk to all other participants. Everyone is given five minutes to ask questions before they bell rings and you move onto the next person.

The tables all have cards that include simple questions if someone is stuck on what to ask. Here are some examples of what kind of questions there might be. Of course Speed Frienshipping won't have any "shippy" questions or ones that could be implied as such.

Everyone is free to make Top Levels for their characters for before and after the events themselves for mingling, singing karaoke or anything! World's your oyster and so on.

Well... I have to get up early. ( she likes her lie-ins but they don't happen nearly often enough 😭. all the same, she's not exactly the kind of person who struggles through her entire morning, either. ) ... Do afternoon people exist?

( that might be the most correct answer for her. somewhere in the middle. she always has energy in the afternoon, but morning and night can both be sleepy times. )

Oh! I'm a director! ( RIP Bruno you're about to be dragged into the promotion; ) Have you heard of Kaika Theatre? We perform street acts and shows. ( oh... she knows. ) You can see our actors in the charity calendar that came out last month!

So... what do you do for fun?

Me? Hm... I like to visit new restaurants and see what their curry specials are.

I also like shopping for new stationery! The pens and tapes you can get nowadays are so cute.

[Even if Elsa hasn't been at the theatre for a long time, she knows it too. Most likely she's heard about it from Anna though, who's been there longer.

You know, I've never tasted curry before.

Elsa... you don't know what you've wrought. sure, Elsa isn't the first person to say she hasn't had curry, but that doesn't dampen Izumi's reaction any. she still gasps loudly, her eyes widening and sparkling as she gets to introduce yet another person to the glory of curry. )

Curry is a dish everyone can love! It's a sauce which transforms any meat or vegetable into a culinary delight! It comes in all flavour profiles for any kind of tastebud! It makes the perfect meal for any occasion.

but as for the question... HM. )

You know... I haven't been to the beach in a while... ( well, they stopped off with Winter Troupe, but it doesn't exactly count when you stop at a beach in night in winter so an amnesiac can remember where he washed up.

(long, long story.) ) But doesn't relaxing sound great?! ( in theory. in reality, Izumi would probably make it half a day before she ended up doing Something. Protagonist Problems. )

What about you? Do you like beach vacations?

I do like beach vacations. Back in my world, I usually go to the mountains or the beach for training camp with my band.

[Avalon has a beach luckily, and he was able to take advantage of it last summer.]

It's good to relax, but I tend to get restless pretty quickly! So I'll do things like surfing or playing volleyball to fill up the day. Oh, and a nice barbecue on the beach is the best!

[Damn, he wants it to be summer now.]

I understand why Taichi-kun likes you! ( they both seem like high energy puppies. all of it sounds fun but she probably wouldn't be able to keep up with them, being a whole 24 years old and thus crumbling to dust before everyone's eyes. )
