It is Taichi's 18th birthday and the party is 50s diner themed. Not because Taichi is about to go and join some greasers sort of deal but most of his favorite foods could be found in a diner so why not go with a theme? From the bright red diner tables and the random fake license plates hung around, the setting looks exactly like a 50s diner. There are waiters and waitresses dressed up to play the role, with the girls rolling around on roller skates to refill/replace the basket of fries at every table and offer either soda or water to everybody around. There's party games, music, and more. Random people in business suits that you don't know? Shh, pay it no mind.

MENU
If you want healthy* options? Sorry, you're out of luck. Hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, and any type of soda you can imagine. Dessert? This sweet tooth overload. Check your diet at the door today.
*There is salad.

MUSIC
In the jukebox for a small fee, you can choose among the different songs there are. However, you will not find any oldies but just different rock songs. There are a couple of strange dance songs (what the hell is a salsa slip?) and a slow song in case anybody wants to have a moment. No matter the song you choose, it doesn't really fit with the 50s theme.

GAMES
You know what else doesn't fit the 50s theme? The arcade games. There's games similar to tetris, some type of alien invader looking game, fighting games, some racing games, and some game called Glutton Dude where you just try to eat a lot. However, there is a pinball machine so this isn't entirely anachronistic here.

Free ones usually! The theater pays us in food and a place to live for free, so any money we have outside of that is from our families, or if we book special events.

[ Mankai is no God Troupe, ok?? Taichi got paid in God Troupe, even if not much because he was just an emotional punching bag extra. ]

Here most of my money goes back into the theater or Hikaru, so it's the same.

Back home, not much. Everyone gets paid at Kaika since we don't have a dormitory and I think it's the law maybe?

I'm a student, and I have a really supportive family, but I'm going to get part-time ones as soon as I'm out of high school to help out. Ah, but here it's all about the theater, so I just have to do my best! There's not enough time for anything else.

No, I spend most of it on Hikaru. He's what you'd call a "high maintenance boyfriend." I'm not complaining though, it makes him happy.

[Seems like it! He hopes so, anyways. Gokudera wouldn’t hesitate to knock someone’s teeth out in order to make someone like Taichi smile.]

Yeah! Like, honestly, he's been kind of a rock for me. I've never owned a business before or anything, and the theater's been kind of overwhelming and everywhere I run into trouble, he's there to help. It's amazing all the things he can do, and if I can keep bringing in the money and acting, then he can keep doing what makes him happy~
