Sunny, clear, bright with calm, but visible waves, all those perfect conditions for a day at the beach.

... Really, he'd been checking to make sure. Meanwhile, he had to trust nothing would happen since Camelot was still right there. Just one day, one day of things staying normal with no interruptions was all he was asking.

Anyway, rental grill and table? Check.

Beach umbrellas? Check.

Extra towels? Check.

Beach balls, floating rings, basically things that said 'beach fun'? Check, check, aannd check!

While Zidane had the bowls, water, and toys for the dogs, Eustace was supplying what they ate (which was for the best), and he's making sure to keep them away from the disposable plates and cold foods so no mistakes were made. If anyone wanted alcohol? Well, that wasn't available - Zidane's only packed water, juice, and some assorted carbonated beverages for those that wanted it. BYOB if one really needs it - heck, he has some pizza on order later for people who'd rather that than the fruits, vegetables, or meat he's cooking up.

All-in-all, should be enough for people to chill out, have fun, and save room for the ice cream cake once it was time to sing 'Happy Birthday'!

I like the sound of that. I don't mind the occasional action, but mostly I've had enough of it back home.

[Jean's white husky walks over to them to sit nearby. She expects either more treats or pets. Whichever works.]

[He blinks when the husky comes over. That's not one that Eustace brought.]

[Jean gives the husky scratches behind her ears. The husky wags her tail happily.]

This is Snow. Mikasa and I got her when she was a small puppy.

Snow, huh? I didn't see her as a pup, but I'd say she grew up into a pretty girl. Has she visited Eustace yet?

[Also, he mentally notes the name Mikasa.]

Not yet, I think. [Snow looks at Jean and says 'No, who's that' softly.] Yep, she just confirmed that she hasn't met him. I haven't met him after his arrival either...

Huh, you should take a moment and meet him. He's the one that works at the shelter and brought the dogs to the beach. [Looking around, Zidane soon nods his head.] That tall guy over there with the fluffy ears.

[Snow looks at the direction Zidane looks at before barking and starting to run towards Eustace with her tail wagging.]

Looks like she took your idea immediately.

Good! She'll have fun. Eustace is making sure everything is dog-safe so you don't have to worry either.
