⚠️ WARNINGS: Wacky shenanigans, Bakugou's potty mouth, overwhelming cuteness, BATHING SUITS?? Scandalous.


It has been a long month. A long several months for some who may need a bit of R&R and a ton of fun to drive the woes of those last few months away. With the weather growing warmer, the desire to keep cool grew with it...and what better way than with a big splash and a ton of fun?! Getting everyone together to coordinate a Beach Party was...difficult, but doable. Even those outside of Class 1-A were invited to have fun and enjoy themselves down by the sandy shore. Make sure to bring your bathing suits and belongings, this party's going on until the next morning!!


i. Stay Hydrated! (Swimming, water balloon/gun competitions, drowning your rival, etc.)

First thing's first, everyone in the water!! Sunblock up and get your H2O on in the best way possible! Coolers have been set up filled with frosty beverages as well as some, well...ammunition. Of course there's going to be water fights, what did you take this form?! Arm yourselves, Heroes, for a battle has been declared by one or several of your peers! Waterguns have been loaded up for those who wish to partake, and water balloons as well, but the true heavy hitters are those with elemental magic!! Show your stuff in a climactic battle against one another. Who will be the last one standing in this aquatic free for all?! WILL IT BE YOU?!

ii. Nitty Gritty (Sandcastle contest, beach volleyball, sunbathing, looking for shells/tidepools, burying your rival, etc.)

And after people have "cooled off" somewhat, enjoy drying off on the sand. Tanning, sunbathing and getting some color...the sky's the limit! Just beware of any stray volleyballs coming your way, Heroes, the competition is rightfully heating up like the midday sun! Seems nothing stays calm for too long when the raucous youths are having a good time. But, for those wanting a competition that's a little less strenuous, why not try your hand at building the most elaborate and well crafted sandcastle? Magic NOT allowed for this one, folks! Only the manliest of men and the truest of Heroes use their own sweaty palms to build something from nothing. Get to work!

Or, you know...you can just bury yourself or your partner in the and and make them into a parody of beefy muscle form All Might, or a gorgeous mermaid, if that's your thing. I'm not your sensei.

iii. I'M ON FI-YAAH (grilling/BBQ, late night bonfire activities (stories/songs), s'mores, dancing, etc.)

Wow, all that fun sure does work up an appetite! Not to worry, Heroes (and potential party crashers), food will be provided as well! Delicious barbequed meats - skewers, burgers, hotdogs, and even some grilled fish, too!! Get luck and find some clams in the sands? Heck yeah, let's start up a clam bake!1 The night is your oyster...er, clam! There's plenty here for everyone, so don't feel like you're being greedy! And of course, later in the evening when the fire has died down but the embers are still hot, marshmallows will be toasted to make the most fantastically scrumptious s'mores for all the sweets lovers out there. Enjoy a summer treat and share with friends!

But of course, bonfires aren't only there for food! How about some singing, dancing, and music? Or maybe a more...devilish campfire activity? Come up with the most gruesome, the most gory, the most horrifying tale to utterly spook Urara--I meaaan...your fellow friends and students.

iv. You're a Sky Full of Stars (stargazing and camping out on the beach)

At long last, the party is over and the night is calm and quiet. The final dying embers of the fire are but dim specks of red and orange, but the true fire is burning up above. Far from the light pollution of Camelot proper, million of stars dot the velveteen blackness of space in a beautiful portrait of speckled beauty. Keep your eyes up, maybe looking long enough one could see a shooting star. Make a wish, quick!! But don't tell it to anyone...

Then, curl up in the large tents that were brought along for a night of restful sleep. After such a long and fun-filled day, it's certainly needed for all. Just behave yourselves and don't be too loud so as to wake or rouse your neighbors, either.

It's got to be a faerie. So...anything that isn't one of the fae? Like a trow, or a werewolf, or a minotaur or something won't work.

[It all seems kinda self explanatory to her, but she's paid careful attention to what is and isn't a fae creature here.]

I haven't tried to make deals with any of the bigger ones. They seem like they'd want too much.

[She beams at him, smacking him gently on the back with one of her big froggy hands.]

We could definitely perfect that. And I think that will help us when we go on quests. Just like at home, when we did the paired tests.

[And now she sits up, knocking most of the sand off her. She is free!]

So! Have you been enjoying the beach? Or...just sticking to the umbrella?

[He briefly looks down, and for a moment, a bashfulness takes hold of him. But when he looks up again, he's got a determined look on his face. He nods.]

Then I will do my best to create us a castle that can withstand any assault!

[He even sounds more motivated!]

[He sees her sink into herself a little, and for a moment he's briefly startled. Oh no, did he say something wrong??]

I-It's just that you are strong in your conviction, and have a firm grasp on what drives you to be a hero! Which is why I think you will do well as one..!

[But ah, it looks like she's okay. He clears his throat and looks away, and he may be blushing a little under his feathers.]

T-Thank you, Uraraka-san...

[Dark Shadow, meanwhile, nuzzles right against Ochako as she pets him.]

[Freedom! He helps brush some of the sand off, but at least she is free now!]

I have, yes. I've been enjoying what I can, though I do make sure to stop by the umbrellas once in a while. The sun is too hot for Dark Shadow right now.

[Dark Shadow can be seen right now, making his own attempt at a sand castle under the umbrellas.]

[He still has a few knee-jerk reactions once in a while but it certainly isn't as bad as it used to be.

... He blinks incredulously, his hand hovering there as he picks up the stick and offers it to Katsuki.]

... It's- what do you- [Does he mean what Izuku thinks he means?!] No- It can't be anything like that, Kacchan! ...

[They are pretty lovey-dovey with each other... cuddling.]

They're just close. I think that's a good thing...

[He's so glad they're friends. Izuku practically beams right back at her with a small fluster.]

I think so too... I better take some notes on this. And for other combinations that might work with the others. I think I know what everyone has to work with...!

Yeah! Let's build one that can hold back the worst of any danger! Plus Ultra!!

[He's pretty excited about building an epic sandcastle...!! And one crafted out of Tokoyami's ideas is going to be so cool!!

So he quickly starts drawing an outline for it. Where towers can be and where the inner plaza can be. What else do they need?]

[ Totally taking that stick. Now shoving a marshmallow on it... And reaching across so that he can start to toast it over the fire. ]

Ah huh. Yeah, okay. 'Cause I'm totally misreading the signs.

[ Yeah, because he's completely wrong here. The bird and the goat are just friends. Only friends. Since that's completely what's going on between the familiars' partners too. ]

Letting you take it easy today, Nerd. Tomorrow it's back to training.

[ Hopefully Ochako isn't too comfortable down there. Because Bakugou is standing up. Holding his hands out. And suddenly there's more water circling them.

She thought a water gun to the face was funny? What about water spears launching at hers!? ]

[Tokoyami nods with a determined hum, a sharp glint in his eye. They will make an epic sandcastle that will be written about in the ages!]

[As Izuku begins the designs, Tokoyami will point out a few areas as well.]

We can add a gate here, and a portcullis here. And here should be an imposing watchtower.

That's fair. How has he handled being separated from you?

[She has been a little concerned for him. Dark Shadow should be happy being free, but maybe he's confused? She isn't totally clear on the relationship there.]

Probably. That seems like a very you thing to do.

[Okay, she is sometimes a troll.]

[ Okay, yes. Very scary. Dark Shadow is certainly trembling with fear, but... Momo has too much of an analytical mind to be taken in by the tale of a man losing himself and his sanity in an interdimensional space with no end. She's too hung up on the detail of how there came to be a bag with an interdimensional space inside it in the first place. ]

Wait... How did they get this bag? How does it work? Is the inside of the bag actually larger than the outside, somehow defying the laws of physics? Or is the opening of the bag simply some kind of teleportation circle that transports items from the real, physical world, into another larger space where they can be stored. If you store something within the bag, how do you even find it again, if the interior is so vast? How large is the opening of the bag, that the man could fit inside it?

[ It is practically praise, coming from him, and she will take it as such, smiling a genuine smile and feeling lighter already. ]

If the thermos runs out, I brought some loose leaf tea with me, so I can brew some more. I'll just have to then chill it with ice magic.

[ She follows, and positions herself on her side of the net, right in the center so she has the best shot at being able to reach the ball wherever he serves it. ]

[ She'll just abandon her castle-in-progress and trudge through the sand over to the Time Out Umbrella, feeling all the parenthetical Shame. ]

Of course Ochako goes down - the water is Tsuyu's favored terrain, after all! With a big splash, she flops into the shallows with a yelp and a giggle, shifting to stand up again and push the hair out of her face, wringing the water out from said hair and her t-shirt covering the top half of her body.

"I should have known to challenge you in the water, Tsu-chan!!"

[Oh, I won't be afraid!! Just as long as you stand...stand by me!

Or sit, sitting is fine, too. Ochako blinks as Izuku nears, and she smiles, scooting over a little bit so he could indeed stay near. They, uh...had a bit of a rocky few weeks, what with the dopplegangers and - though Ochako hasn't really told anyone (and made no one else tell, too) - the erm...trials. It's made her really question a lot of things about herself and the boy, but she's determined not to let this weird world shake the unique bond they share. She won't let that happen - Izuku will always be her best friend. Just like everyone else here, she cares very much about him.]

Of course you can, Deku-kun. Ne, but you have to make a wish, too!! Those are the rules!

"Haha!"

Tsuyu is mindful, of course, to not pull Ochako down too deep. Or to really do more than just dunk her a bit. She even swims closer, hovering just in case there's any trouble.

"I suppose that's true. I do have a natural advantage even here...ribbit. So...why don't we go back on land? I'm getting hungry, and I wanna talk to you a bit."

[Izuku ducks his chin downwards. Just going to try and ignore the way his cheeks burn.]

... Maybe they are closer than just...friends...

[Like they kind of are- Izuku looks up shyly, catching a glimpse of Katsuki in the firelight before he glances at the fire again.]

If that's the case I better... have a few more smores too.

[The last chance for a break! Okay, he's grabbing his own stick and putting a marshmallow on it too!]

[He ducks his head sheepishly...!!]

Ahah- Am I that predictable...?

[Yes, he is!!]

[Izuku gets into place as well. When he goes to serve the ball though...

It happens that Izuku concentrates on doing a good job a little too much and when he underhand serves it over? The ball seems to spark with alchemy magic and it half turns into a fluffy snowball?!]

Eh-?! Yaoyorozu-san?!

[fullgauntlet]

[He smiles, even if he still has that little bit of nervousness in his stomach. He wants to spend time with her. So he's glad to move to sit with her with a quick nod.]

A wish...? [He laughs sheepishly.] Hmm... I'm not sure what I should wish for. Maybe a giant bowl of katsudon...

[He's blessed to have so many of them come true in his life, what else should he wish for?]

Have you... made a wish yet?
