Log: Holy Grail War

⚔️️ WHAT: Caster's gone on a grief-induced rampage after learning of the death of her lover back home

So here it was...the Witch of Betrayal finally showing her 'true colours' to Avalon. After that network post, Caster readied herself for whatever would come of it- the forest fire providing an ominous backdrop.

Since she'd come to Avalon, so many had told her she was a good person- and now, she was publicly burning it all to the ground.

I don't want Caster to get killed, but I'm all for her potentially getting maimed/scarred provided we plot first. If you don't think it's IC for your character to not just murder her, send me a message so we can plot how she can remove herself from the situation/have someone else intervene before it gets that far!

She'll be using her familiar symbiosis to fight and leaning toward making the actual description of that transformation slightly body-horror-y, but if you're not comfortable with that then just give me the heads up and I'll have her already turned when the thread starts.

Darin will have his own TL for rescuing him/fighting his own familiar fusion, which I'll link here when it's up- feel free to tag one or both as you see fit!]

Gawain takes a moment to converse with his Fae, she seems displeased at having to help someone who wasn't Gawain. However, after a short bit of conversing the Familiar decides to help and find a fairy that has a bit of healing magic. Or retract something to help with Archer's wound. They flitter off in a flurry of gentle glistening lights.

Leaving the Knight to attend to the male leaning against the tree, he comes forward now. Kneeling beside him, "I presume the Lady Caster had stabbed you yes? We should place pressure on the wound, where is it that you are wounded? We need a moment, before the familiar returns. I would hate to lose you."

"Only because I let her", he confirms with a huff. "Between the shoulder blades..."

He's leaning against the tree mostly with his right shoulder to avoid his wound. Otherwise there are mostly minor bruises and scars from the battle before stab-a-thon.

"..." Gawain moves his own hand to look over the stab wound. The other seemed exhausted by the strenuous battle they endured. He is thankful that it wasn't so serious, nor did it seem life threatening so long as they moved him out of the woods.

Around that moment, the Fae Familiar came back. With a item within their hand, seemingly to be a potion of sorts. Gawain doesn't question how it was acquired. Merely takes to it, knowing the price of such request would come far later. He observes it and then hands the item toward Archer, "Drink this, it should heal your open wounds shut. Revitalize you for the time being, but otherwise we need get you back to Camelot. Where there are healers who can attend to you."
