[So Hawk had sent out to the network a proposal and some folks seemed interested. He even found some solid choices for leaders. So he went ahead and organized some things to set up a meeting mostly among the folks who are going to lead this, but also for those interested in joining to officially sign up, meet each other, and get to know each other's fighting styles.

He sends messages to the people he thinks are best suited for leadership: Chris, Cor, Rose, and Kratos. Each seemed to have a solid amount of experience, a good head on their shoulders and a better capability at leading people than he had. Hawk knows he's smart, but he's better suited to stuff that helps the leaders from the background and will stick with that and be a tiebreaker if that ever becomes necessary. He'll have them meet up before everyone else so that hopefully the leadership stuff is all figured out before others arrive.

He'll also send another message out the day before, just a simple voice message to all telling of the meeting and if they have any questions they can ask there. He waited a bit to ensure all the new arrivals had arrived so if any of them may be interested they can also join up. There's bound to be at least a few good fighters among the new arrivals, so there's no point in leaving them out when he can wait a couple of days for a first meeting to give them a shot at joining.

So pretty much it's just an open mingle and sign up. There's a sign up thread here for record keeping so we have it in one place what would be known of each character's skills.]

Other: She may have a high-level military background, but she'll be perfectly satisfied following the chain of command and mostly just helping with instruction and the like. She wants a quiet life in Avalon.

Other: In general Hawk tends to master about anything he's taught in no time. He also prefers more dangerous tasks and loves fighting. He sucks at dealing with people outside of battle.

Other: He won't disclose it, but he has extensive political and military experience as the leader of a nation in wartime, and he was nicknamed the Tabletop Demon Master Tactician because of his strategic cunning. Mostly he wants to encourage peaceful relations in Avalon, though, so he'll be happiest functioning in an advisory capacity, or acting as a go-between for the militia and Arthur if they happen to need one.

Primary weapon: Twin swords/katanas (high); blood claws (mastery)
Secondary weapon (if applicable): Trained in various forms of ninja tools, such as kunai, shuriken, kusarigama, etc. Skill level is high, though she can only use them through magic; she needs to actually buy more weapons like these. If she has to, she'll form weapons with magic to fight or be used with her martial arts. Skilled with a Nodachi as well, but is currently unable to use the weapon until it deems her worthy.
Magic types: Elemental and Blood
Other skills: knows some first aid, martial arts, leadership and tactics from commanding her own squad, stealth, survival skills, scouting, underwater combat, forging traps, and sensing people (blood magic mostly).
Other: She loves to fight, mostly against strong people to really test her strength. She won't prioritize that over protecting people however, and doesn't seek conflict for the sake of more wars. That said, still wants to become strong enough for herself and others, and just likes communicating through fights. Can be a hot-head if provoked too much, and can go berserk if rage goes too far (killing someone close to her).

Other skills: Military strategy, history serving as a general in countless wars, mounted combat, basically anything war/combat related.
Other: Yuber just wants a chance to fight and see blood, he doesn't care what side he's on, but once he's recruited into a conflict he remains loyal. Also he's not showing up for any mingles. If there is a place to add other notes he just writes "If you need to win, find me"

Secondary weapon (if applicable): Other forms of firearms, one-handed weapons (axes, swords probably also of the laser variety on the latter), unarmed combat
Magic types: Kinetic and Technomancy (although technically at this point he doesn't know he has technomancy yet but if he DID he would disclose)
Other skills: Piloting skills, reconnaissance, computer technology and information systems, zero-g combat and survival, extensive combat experience having done it in real life or simulations his whole life
Other: Ledo has been raised to see his only purpose in life is to be a good soldier, so he's looking for something to fight so he can feel useful. He doesn't consider himself a leader so he will be totally willing to fall in line with the chain of command. He's also very interested in training in new things because he's aware that a lot of his best skills don't translate well either because he has nothing to pilot or because weapons don't work the same way here. He considers himself to be very adaptable in a fight because a lot of his training involved surviving against huge monsters that will kill you in awful ways without the use of heavy weaponry (and so do your best with a crash axe and the creative use of security doors, for example).
