He doesn't consider himself a leader so he will be totally willing to fall in line with the chain of command. He's also very interested in training in new things because he's aware that a lot of his best skills don't translate well either because he has nothing to pilot or because weapons don't work the same way here. He considers himself to be very adaptable in a fight because a lot of his training involved surviving against huge monsters that will kill you in awful ways without the use of heavy weaponry (and so do your best with a crash axe and the creative use of security doors, for example).
