[Not that Thanatos doesn't like Set, but he doesn't have anything close to that same thirst for war shared by the two. This god of death would welcome an end to such things, but knowing humans... there would always be war.]

Did you have plans about what you wanted to do?

I'm not usually well-liked. [Not that he's too bothered by this. Even if, by now, he knows that not being liked is something that he never helped himself it doesn't bother him too much. It's something he's long grown used to.]

I only had examples to lead by. I've never been one to think ahead. [At least he's honest but the tone he has shows this isn't something he's exactly proud of. It's one of his greatest weaknesses and he knows it.]

I expect that's going to have to change. [As for not being well-liked... Thanatos is very used to that. It doesn't provoke any feeling of sympathy but definitely one of understanding.]

Peace may be dull, but it is far better for a kingdom than war.
