🧙 WHO: Tomura Shigaraki & Whoever's brave enough to weather the storm of his bitchiness
⚔️️ WHAT: Catch All
🕒 WHEN: All of April
🗺️ WHERE: Various locations
⚠️ WARNINGS: I prefer writing in prose and will be doing so but please use brackets if you prefer them! I won't be upset.
Shigaraki is a murderous villain and if he feels like it, so far he isn't afraid to say it if someone brings it up. He won't hold his language or opinion. He's not into swearing fits and murder without cause but sometimes that cause murder wise can be very little, however lately is more provocation bent in his canon point. I'm trying to keep spoilers out of this lol. For the most part I intend that any of this is turned on quests or NPCs in the big event that just opened the other day. I really am not interested in too much battlecombatfightey at the moment with anything but disposable NPCs. Feel free to come posture at him though I'll posture all damn day.

Cake Day(s) (April 4th and beyond)
At least, he wasn't used to magic. Powerless wasn't how to describe Shigaraki even without his quirk. Even still, all of that weighing on his mind, he decided to settle down at an outdoor patio restaurant to enjoy some mindblowingly sweet cake. It was a little much for him, the sweetness of it. He mostly sliced off a small bit of the personal, round treat and set the rest to the side while continuing to pick away at the piece he deemed 'enough'.
Other things that day included trips to stores and other sight seeing. Just things that had nothing to do with being a villain, with plotting, or heroes or anything else. Maybe a day off would do him good, he didn't know how to take the knowledge that his world was dying. If it was going to, it should be by his hands. But if it was, he could influence that here. There were a lot of conflicting things he had to think about and really all he wanted to think about was a game console and a couple games. Anything he could just de-stress about and be a basement dweller with.

... He's really not expecting to catch a glance of him sitting there enjoying some cake like it's a very normal day in a world without heroes or villains. But the other man is probably less than thrilled to see Izuku as well.]
... Ah-
[But as he's about to make a move it's his goat who is doing it first. Quickly bleating and trotting up to the patio to try and hop up on a chair and join- Shigaraki?!?!]
Toshichan-! Come here!!?
[GOAT NO]

Toshi? You poor thing.
[What if, instead, he slid a strawberry over just to torment Midoriya more. Not because he likes animals, no, not that. Then again, maybe it's an apology for the looming woman settling to the young man's shadow, half melting out of it to see just who it was that gave her charge so much instant grief. Luckily she doesn't stick around for long, just long enough to be sure the momentary startle is just that.
Without missing a beat, Shigaraki turns his head back to his cake to take another fork full to stuff in his face, specifically ignoring the strawberry in case he has to save them for the familiar. Someone has to be nice to it with a name like that.
After swallowing his food, he speaks.]
Naming it after someone like that should count as animal abuse.

But wow- He never thought he'd be one to witness the man eating cake. It's a strange sight to see and almost makes him get a strange feeling in the back of his spine for it.
Luckily his goat seems to look at the offered treat but he doesn't take it. For a moment glancing at the shadow to the man's side and blinking before looking down at the strawberry. He sits on the chair without eating it. After all, this creature is tied to Izuku's soul and magic.]
He likes the name... Or- ... any name he gets.
[Cough. Since Katsuki and Ochako both have given him alternate names.]
no subject
Yuki would have been a better name.
[Anything other than that, but he isn't here to argue he's here to try to enjoy his cake and maybe get himself something nice for the occasion. That something nice isn't Izuku.]
You're tense. I'm busy eating, I'll find a way to be a world destroyer after my snack.
no subject
He frowns. As Shigaraki hasn't actually done anything wrong Izuku really has no reason to bother the man but that same sort of tense air is there. Izuku's body on alert like it always is when the man seems to be near.]
He's okay with his name Toshi...
[The goat seems to blink and still sits there before tilting his head to look at the man in question. The goat doesn't seem scared or bothered at all.]
And you shouldn't joke like that out in public.

Library Lazydays
If he was going to learn anything, it was going to have to be from ground up. It had been almost two months from his figuring and none of those idiots had shown up to back him up. They had to know he was gone. Or maybe this really was Hell and he was dead and that was why. Not wanting to dwell too much on it, he decided to do a little less skulking around hoping something fell into his lap and a little more on his own. For someone who was raised as a spoiled, almost literally, young man living the oxy-moron life of an ambitious NEET, Tomura knew when he had to get up and do something. This wasn't as difficult as cleaning his room, or finding it as unnecessary as cleaning his room. This, unlike things that he didn't bother with at home, was the start of being strong enough to do something about his situation rather than just posture at people who could otherwise have him in a bad position.
He wanted to know important points as per the books, where they came from, who their prominent people used to be and what exactly he could get his fingers in where they were concerned. It found him at a local library, browsing through ancient books, looking overwhelmed and severely unimpressed. Not being an idiot, he knew how to use the decimal system, it was just a matter of finding what he wanted.
If he wasn't doing that, he was most certainly sitting down at one of the tables, looking equally frustrated, scratching at the side of his neck in more habit than specific need any more. The itch of his quirk felt like a long ago dream and one that he wasn't exactly sure if he was happy to have gone or not. Probably not. After the small scratch to his neck, he rubbed at one of his eyes, convinced he'd never wanted to sleep so much with the dry history books he found. Many were just too unimpressive and stale. The way books normally were that didn't have some sort of catch to them, or maybe some sort of graphic novel to keep his interest. Or a picture. A picture would be good. The woman hovering in darkness behind him wasn't something he cared to worry about. She was always there, a mess of hair and attempted memories to remind him, he was sure, of his crimes. He sighed heavily at her rasping breath over his shoulder and this time from his eye, he unfurled his hand and pressed her face backward. Be gone. "Too close." If no one else, at least his creepyass familiar was there with him on a constant, horrifying basis. Maybe it was only slightly better than having Dabi around.
Arcade
No, he just felt like enjoying the feel of a plastic weapon in his hand and the aim at the screen and fire at the enemies popping up on the stage in front of him. Being able to hold something in his hand was foreign without a finger up, but it gave him so much more control and helped his score. It's a two player game, someone else could come back him up, join him or try to outdo him.

Beat Saber was one of her favorites of this particular arcade. Ochako always preferred games where she could move and be a little unrestrained. Rhythm games were her favorites, because it was like working out at the same time, while having fun at the same time!! As she's pulling off the VR headset and cleaning it off, Ochako notices a small crowd gathered around a particular game console, and makes her way over, curiously. What's all the commotion abou--
"Hey, don't push--ah!" She yelps, getting practically bodied by two larger and stockier boys moving past her to get a good look. Ochako stumbles, catching herself on the side of the console and throwing a glare in the direction of the two. "Ugh...why are boys such stupid jerks every time I come here?"
She's not expecting any answer, just speaking aloud, and pulls herself up with a huff. Honestly, she needs to come here at different times of the day...

However, the sound of a familiar voice caught him and he huffed softly, "Because you let them. But if they do it again and make you interrupt my concentration I'll handle it myself." Which was threatening enough that maybe people shouldn't be stupid. "Don't screw up my high score."
no subject
"I don't let them do anything. I'm just not petty enough to start fights over something stupid...unless they keep doing it." Ochako is a patient sort, but even she's not some godly saint. She can give as well as she can take. Quietly, she watches Shigaraki play, nose scrunching up and leaning back and away from the screen. Ugh...god. She hates these types of games. Anything with horror, or zombies, she just...can't fucking deal. Not well, anyway. Still--
"...You're really good." She's going to just...focus on his score, not the game. Just the numbers on the bottom of the screen and-- "Hyeep!" God FUCKING damnit. Why on god's green earth does there have to be jumping leeches in this shit, that come from the corners?!

"If they keep making you distract me, you won't have to start the fight." His voice had enough authority in it to make sure that they knew they were on thin ice. If they bothered her, or anyone else did, again. Not for her sake, for his.
The compliment was met with a soft grunt and another perfect run of a hallway until the leeches and her sudden squeal about them caused him to jump and miss his shot. A pointed look over his shoulder and a sigh before he let the game run. He'll start the speed run again soon enough. "I thought I said not to distract me. You're not afraid of a game, are you?" Surprisingly enough he wasn't angry, that wasn't hard for him to do just tedious.

Something Smells Fishy
It was a damning thing and the poor creature that made nary a noise before being dispatched and only after Shigaraki had found out just how deadly they could be. If his cohort was or wasn't good on the trail of figuring that out, that would be on them. He was there to kill what was going to try to kill them, blow some steam off in some life or death situations. That was what he needed to clear his head and what he would do. That was as far as he would go and any other person going further wouldn't find him on the road to elsewhere. This was good enough for him, for now.
In-Fighting
There wasn't really anything else he had to do. Well. Not nothing. Right now he was interested in hearing what people had to say, to see just how many dark hearts there were in this place. Or see just who was too pure for the challenge that might lay ahead of them. So, whatever they were both doing, Shigaraki had no problem looking the person over for a moment and then asking, "What do you think about the whole situation, pvp between our countries or otherwise?"
no subject
"There's probably gonna be a war, right..?" Juuzou asked, uncertainty lending a puzzled lilt to his tone. Both hands were occupied with candied apples skewered on sticks - covered with chocolate and decorated with sprinkles. His right hand offered one of the pair to Shigaraki whilst his left held his own snack close to his chest.
"I think it'll be fun. Besides, sometimes you just can't reason these things away, you know?
no subject
As it was, Juuzou's company was nice in a way. Unconventionally so, but he knew how to hold a conversation that wasn't about how shitty Shigaraki was back home. It reminded him of how powerless he was here in comparison and why he kept stretching his limits to get more powerful. "Reason won't work with a lot of people, we should just take what we want and get done with it. I don't know why a King is trying to take a vote. Lead your people or step the hell aside." Okay but this apple is good and after a small bite of it he looks it over, huh. Good pick. Not something he would've picked. "Either way, it'll thin the herd at least."
no subject
The candied apples were a solid choice; literally and figuratively. The sight of him attempting to gnaw at the hard, chocolate coated exterior with his back teeth was almost a feral sight. No matter how much he tried, he couldn't fit the entire fruit into his mouth. Despite the intense concentration that has wrinkled his brow and curled his lip into a lopsided snarl he still listened to what the familiar face had to say. Juuzou surrendered and decided to take a normal bite like a normal person... Even if his cheek was smudged with chocolate from his efforts.
"Wars can go on for a loooong time," The young man explained with a generous chunk of apple tucked into his cheek. "What'd these people do, anyway? Do you know?" Because he had not been paying much attention besides the gritty, basic details of the situation. Politics were boring, Juuzou just wanted to be instructed who to battle so that he could dive in and enjoy the thrill of the fight.
no subject
He nods his head, this is true, wars can go on forever really. "Not really. I'll be honest to tell you I don't really care. I just want to fight. Not right now. Right now I want to eat this." He held up the apple, pressing the parchment paper together to crack the fruit and be able to use his fingers to pull candied pieces of apple off of it and pop it into his mouth. "But soon," he said around a bite of his own, chewing and swallowing it. Damn that hit the spot. "This place will tell us its truth soon enough, Suzuya."
