[ His eyes follow Izuku's as he brings his attention to his own broadsword. He can tell that he's got hangups over resorting to the idea of exploiting someone else's blood. His bare, exposed arm throbs from where it's been scraped. But more importantly, he recognizes the fresh blood among the dirt and grass staining his skin.

With his opposite hand, he hovers his palm over the red mark on his arm, eyes filled with focus as he continues to talk. ]

With any luck for you, all you'll need... [ And just like that, floating in the palm of his hand is a deep red spot of blood. His own that he pulled with his Kinetic magic. He can't manipulate blood into different shapes like wielders such as Izuku could, but he can at least theorize the concept. ] ...is a drop.

I can push, pull, move things through Kinetic Magic... [ While still keeping the droplet of blood hovering in his palm as it begins solidifying in the open air, he takes a second to ponder how to give the young man ideas. ] For you, think of it like you're a psychic with telekinesis. Only difference is, you can control one thing better than anyone.

No matter whose it is.

[It's a little alarming to see Cloud do that to his small wound, of course. Izuku presses his lips together, furrowing his eyebrows in thought. But at the same time, he realizes how he should take these things to heart. He needs to get used to this power one way or another and he might not always be able to rely on his own blood in a bad situation or a pinch.]

A psychic with telekinesis... [He nods a little sheepishly.] That's a good way of looking at it. I want to be able to protect myself and other people if it comes down to it. So maybe if I look at it like that.

[You know, instead of a blood-bender.

He raises his hand. Fingers twitch for a second as he attempts to take hold of the blood from Cloud where it hovers. He frowns slightly but with some concentration, he makes the drop of blood flatten out into a thin penny-shape and then back into a teardrop shape.]

I guess- It's kind of like alchemy too. Being able to manipulate something that's already there.

[Maybe this won't be so bad.]
