⚔️️ WHAT: Whilst preparing for a fashion show and visiting bunny cafes, Mukuro tests a statue of self improvement and goes questing.

1) Statue of Self Improvement

After setting the Statue of Self Improvement that she'd bought last month on her windowsill, Mukuro was already feeling like this would be a good day! Reinvigorated by the reassurance she'd gotten over the network from her anonymous post late last month, and the promise that this statue would help her out, she practically raced outside to get on with her training.

Mukuro wasn't shy about chatting to people with her boosted confidence, giving out friendly taps on the shoulder and gossiping like there was no tomorrow. She could be found mostly around Camelot itself and the surrounding area, either training or exploring the town.

...What she hadn't realised though, was that the statue she'd spent her hard earned money on was a knockoff. And that within 24-Hours, anyone she interacted with during the day would find they woke up either with bunny ears or a full blown weapons system coming out of their arm or back.

Whelp. Hopefully it wouldn't get pinned back to her.

2) Fashion Show Prep

Organising a fashion show was hard. She didn't have a clue where to start, or even what sort of people she would need to get on board! Although she'd not told anyone about the plan just yet, she was still rushing up to anyone she knew was involved in the industry- or, well, anyone who looked like they might have a better idea on fashion than her.

Which, honestly, was most people.

"Hey, can I borrow you a minute? I wanna get your opinion on an awesome event I'm planning!"

3) Sir Fuzzlerton the Cad 🛡️

"I want to keep them...so many bunnies..."

Mukuro had gotten a little distracted from the quest she'd been sent out on. And, well, instead of actually looking for Sir Fuzzlerton, she'd found herself fussing over all of the cute bunnies in whichever cafe she'd found herself in. They were all so cute!

It made her a little sad, really. She'd never had the chance to keep a pet- and even if she did, she wouldn't have trusted it around Junko.

"...You think we can just stay here for a bit longer?"

4) Run Snagglefoot Run 🗡️

"I can get us to the Red Spring quickly- we should be able to catch up with him that way."

Mukuro held up the Spring Totem she'd made, getting ready to light it, whilst her Hellhound stood ready behind her. She certainly looked like she could hold her own in a fight, even if her human looked...well, like a dolled up fashion deva who'd shy away from a fight for fear of damaging her nail polish or some other cliche.

"Once we get there, we should be able to cut him off before he gets to the inn itself, then we can ambush him for those jewels. Perhaps a pincer manoeuvre."

...Wait no that sounded too martial, didn't it?

"I mean, like, I dunno. What do you think?"

You hipsters and your weird slang! Maribelle blinked before frowning, wondering what this young lady was up to.

"What do you mean, an 'awesome' event?"

Poor Maribelle won't know what hit her.

"Like, totally awesome. As in- exciting, large scale, great- that kinda thing!"

...That probably wasn't helpful.

Not even a little bit.

"I have no idea what you're saying! At all!"

This wasn't getting anywhere fast.

"...Right, okay. So, like, the short version is that I'm planning on organising a fashion show and I wanted to get people's opinion on it!"

"Oh." Finally, she seemed to be catching on. "Hm... well, the clothes I've seen here are unusual, but not exactly tasteless. I think it would be an interesting endeavor."

"See, you get it! There's, like, a whole load of interesting and unique fashions here- and that not even including everyone's styles from the other worlds- I'm glad you agree with me."

"So what are you asking from me, exactly?" Maribelle asks. "I admit, I'm no seamstress."

"Well right now I'm just getting people's opinions- like, whether there's enough interest, what people'd wanna see, that sort of thing!"

Or, you know, how to run a fashion show at all.

"Of course if you wanna help our or model or anything, that'd be awesome too!"

Ding - that last one definitely strokes Maribelle's ego. To her ears, after all, she was just called beautiful enough to be a model.

"Hm! Well, I can't say I've ever modeled clothing before, but it doesn't seem terribly difficult..."

Someone with Maribelle's ~~ego~~ confidence was definitely someone she needed!

"I can totally run you through the basics! You're confident and look really good, so we can definitely make it work."

Maribelle beamed so much she was practically glowing. "Well, who am I to turn down such a generous offer? And if the people need me, it's my duty to help!"

"Wonderful, thank you! I'm gonna send a callout around near the end of the month so we can start to get ready- it's going to be awesome."

Phew, at least she had some help!

"I'll keep my eyes out for it. And so you know who is helping..."

A hand to her chest, slight head bow. "My name is Maribelle."

"OH- names, right. I'm Junko Enoshima! It's nice to meet you, Maribelle!

I'm looking forward to this~"

"As am I, Miss Enoshima. I'll be expecting great things from you."

An awesome event, huh?

[ You KNOW Stella's on board. Does she know what this event is yet? Nope. That's irrelevant. Whatever it is, she's hype for it. ]

[She looked relieved that someone she liked and trusted was on board.]

It totally will be! So, like, I wanna organise a proper fashion show! It's something we've been seriously lacking until now, right??

Okay, I was right, this sounds super fun! Is it gonna be a whole like, walk down the catwalk and strut your stuff kinda thing?

Well yeah of course! With like lights and cameras and the catwalk and all of that great stuff!

[She's enthusiastic! That was a great sign- maybe Stella could be persuaded to help with this mess?]

[ Stella IMMEDIATELY starts pumping both of her fists with excitement. She's all fired up!!! ]

Alright! I have like, nothing to wear on the catwalk but we'll figure it out. I'm all in, whatever you need me for!

You're amazing...!! Seriously, there's like, so much to organise and I've got no idea where to start.

[She could have hugged her right now, if she wasn't so awkward.]

At first he wasn't sure that the voice had been directed at him, but there wasn't anyone else that he saw in the same vocal range or the direction this person was looking at. The energy felt very familiar, Toga normally had an over abundance of energy. However when she said things like this, normally whatever she found "awesome" remained to be discussed to see what level of awesome it was. Awesome that she was doing it and it had nothing to do with him, or awesome and it had to do with him which wasn't so awesome.

"What is it?"

Well this was- certainly an interesting looking individual. That was something that only struck her when he actually turned to look at her.

...But no, she wasn't going to back away just because of how he looked! She had an event to plan, and there was no harm in getting this stranger's opinion too, right?

"So, like, I'm planning on organising a fashion show here in Avalon! It's something this place is totally lacking, don't you think?"
