A) Training in New Things

Nozomi is confused, annoyed and actually curious. So, she's in another new world. No problem, really, she's been stuck in this situation already. She's also missing her usual skills, but have a power replaced with a new kind of magic. She's dealt with that before, too. The one thing that really confuses her is that she has her CureMo transformation device. If it doesn't work, then why does she have it?

For now, she'll want to train. Thankfully, the Red Springs Inn has a place to do such a thing. Thanks to her time in Valkunthia, swordplay is easy for her to handle, getting the hang of attacking with the rapier and sword quite easily.

Training in magic, however, will be slightly different, especially as she realizes that her magic is Light and Light has a little more work to it than just "blinding someone". Even if she might accidentally do that.

B)The Cad-burry Bunny

After learning of the QuestBoard, Nozomi decided to try and find some little jobs here and there to do. Something to get her acquainted with the world. First things first seems to be catching a rather desperate bunny. That seems simple enough, but there's so many bunny cafes up and running, where does one start?

"Hmm, where do we start first?" she mused, not minding or caring that someone else was with them. "We should probably try to start somewhere close first!" Yep, she's just shanghaied you into this. Sorry not sorry.

C) Spiritual Cleansing

What an odd set of people! All these strange people trying to get others into surprise yoga exercises or trying out those smoothies! Nozomi would rather deal with the smoothies, thankyouverymuch. She finds herself trying out the Strawberry-Rose smoothie and easily finds herself downing it like it was nothing. Must have been real good!

However, there's now a Nozomi spending the next hour or so flirting around with everyone she sees or trying to be romantic and probably creeping people out!

I didn't know you could use a sword...

[ Yuzu's been spending some time trying to train as well. She's considered learning how to use some kind of weapon, but... besides her general dexterity letting her twirl anything around in her hand, she's still a huge beginner.

Even if she wanted to solve things through duels like at home... she didn't end up with her duel disk, so there's no such luck.

In any case, she sounds pretty impressed, actually. ]

[ She's had practice over the years? Nozomi? That's... strange to think about. Still, she clearly at least knows how to use it... whereas the most Yuzu can do is maybe twirl it around in her hands. ]

Do you think you could teach me?

I think I could give you a few pointers. Trust me, it's easier using your hands than trying to use magic to hold it.

[Mukuro had been giving the shady looking smoothies a very, very wide berth. It looked like nothing good would come of drinking strange magic smoothies, after all!

But, well, now she was being flirted with and how did this happen a second month in a row??]

It’s okay! We’re on the same side... I mean, we just met so we’re not exactly friends yet, but you’re quite pretty, so...!”

[She smiles wider as she continues.]

I’m Nozomi Yumehara. It’s nice to meet you, too! I hope this is the start of a wonderful... friendship? Relationship? No, that sounds a little strong...

[Aw, even under the influence, she’s trying not to scare her.]

W-well, it'd- um- it'd definitely be nice to get to know each other a little better!

[Nozomi’s glasses slide down the bridge of her nose, cheeks turning pink as she shuffles her foot a bit.]

Though... y-yes, you’re right. We should get to know each other more. Can we go somewhere and talk then?

[She isn’t sure if the smoothie is wearing off or what, but her romantic attitude has been changed to something more nervous and bashful!]

[At least the nervousness was mutual- Mukuro was definitely nervous and flustered by all of this.]

Um- could go get tea or something? There's cafes and stuff nearby, so- maybe one of them?

Tea sounds good! I think I know of a good place.

[She isn’t sure what to do next before she impulsively hooks a finger on Mukuro’s to get her to join her.]

[Nozomi giggles briefly before leading Mukuro towards a cafe.]

Anything in particular you'd like?

Oh, you know... sweet things are good! What about you? What kinda stuff do you like? You said you'd been here before right?

Ah, well... [She'll go up to the counter real fast and makes an order, revealing a cake and cold sweet tea] ...I go with something simple. I learned about the simple sweet tea while in another world, honestly. Go for the same?

Y-yeah! I'll try that, that sounds good!

Wait- another world? You've been to somewhere like this before?

[She’ll hand her the food before ordering some herself.]

Yeah! It’s a really strange thing, though. You never know what’ll happen!

But seriously... it's hard enough to believe this happens to someone once, let alone multiple times across multiple worlds.

I spoke to a guy named Zuko who said this was the second world he's gone through, so you're not the first one.

[She takes a seat at the table.]

...What were the other worlds you were at like?

Well, there was the world where we were all turned into magical ponies, learning the wonders of friendship. And there was the world where we were all declared heroes dedicated to saving the world.

Guess the hero-y one isn't too different to here? With the whole 'learn magic to save the world' thing?

Ahahaha, yeah, that one is still a strange one to me even all this time!

I've learned that these things take time. It may look like we don't have no way of helping, but we're doing something. It's scary and daunting, but if we work together, we can accomplish it!

Yeah, I am. I don't know what we have to do, but I know we have a way to fix things.

You have to make your own Hope! That’s what makes it so great! That’s why bad guys beat us down and taunt us so we can lose that spirit.

...How do you even do that, though? Like- I know you can make despair, but just making hope? That isn't possible is it?

[Nozomi thinks about that a bit.]

I wouldn’t say it’s impossible. It’s tough, but your actions will inspire it.

My actions...? I mean I guess if people's actions can bring about despair it's not impossible, but... I don't really feel like I'm the right person for that, you know?

Not everyone is. And sometimes trying to bring hope can bring despair if done wrong or maliciously. I’ve seen that a few times.

Just do what you can. Even a little bit, okay?

Well yeah... if people are hopeful and they realise their hopes were misplaced, they only fall deeper into despair. But you said you've seen that sort of thing before?

[Junko hesitated at the last point. Not rejecting it off-hand, but not entirely comfortable accepting it either.]

Mmn. One world I visited had an evil entity that was difficult to defeat, so two of the more stronger beings there tried to invoke this to lure it out and hurt it.

It broke a lot of trust because of it

What- tried to invoke the power of despair to kill it? Yeah, I bet that went down super well...

Nope, not at all. It really strained a lot of people, too...

[Junko grew quiet, thinking on her words.

She'd seen first hand what despair could do, as well... but despair, in the end, wasn't something she held any resentment for. Despair felt safe. Safe and painful and everything else all at once.]

...at the very least, we learned a lesson.

[Nozomi sighed a little before smiling at Junko.]

I'm sorry to throw all that at you. I wanted to treat you to make up for my sudden flirting and I just ended up making things sad!

Huh- no it's, it's fine, really... just sounded like a lot of crap that went on in my world. It's just a lot to think about, you know?

[She managed a small smile of her own as Nozomi smiled to her.]

It is, yeah. But, who knows what the future holds here, yes?

[And her smile grows wider at that.]

Yeah...I mean given I didn't exactly see being pulled away to another world and dumped in a lake, pretty sure predictions and strategy kinda go out the window at that point.

[A little, awkward laugh. Well, she was sure she'd find out what the future held, once she found her way.]

[Bashfully, Nozomi'll start teasing Junko's hair a bit, blushing as she did.]

[Whether or not Nozomi'll be able to tell from the feel that it's a wig is debatable- it's a good quality one! Still, she's definitely going red.]

[No, Nozomi won't tell - feels like normal hair to her, though she does notice that she blue screened poor Junko.]
