🗺️ WHERE: Camelot; An empty building next to Golden Silence

The building is a regular, empty building next to Azul's Golden Silence restaurant. It has been decorated stylishly and business owners have been adviced to set their own booths to promote their businesses. There are both otherworlders and natives around. How they have set up their booth has been completely up to themselves.

If people require a private place to discuss business/do interviews, Azul has kindly provided his restaurant's VIP rooms for such situations.

Azul has also provided the event with some refreshments. Ren has mostly been in charge of the advertisement and getting people to the venue (both business owners and potential new employees).



OOC: There are plenty of native employers here as well, offering jobs. Grocery stores, blacksmiths, restaurants, cafes... anything, really. All the business owners of otherworlders are encouraged to make their own Top Levels to scout some new employees!

Of course, general mingling in between employer/employee finding is encourages as well.

[ Stella furrows her brow in thought for a moment, then perks back up with an 'oh!'. ]

I've got a friend who's a technomancer! I'm like, ninety-nine percent sure she's still around – I could send her a message and see if she'd be interested? Even if it's just as an on-call thing?

Also, I needed to tell you. I'm hosting another concert in July.

Is there like, a theme? Or are we just performing to show off our stuff?

I knew I could count you in. Minako-chan will be making an announcement about it next month.

[He asked her since he doesn't want to always be the one to do it. Better have a beautiful girl do it once in a while, right?]

Mostly just showing our stuff, but I know I'm theming my performances around summer and partying this time.

Summer, huh...

[ She folds her arms across her chest with a 'hmm' of consideration and tips her chair back onto two legs. Vitally important thinking posture. ]

I should have a song or two that's good for summer... and like, I can always just go for something kinda high energy and just make my outfit summery? Like a summer fruits theme.

[ She frowns a little to herself as she says it, though. ]

Man. Eventually I'm gonna run clean out of songs people haven't heard before, huh...

Hmm... how would you feel about a workshop for writing and composing new songs? I will run out of them eventually as well, so it would be great to have new material.

[prismatically]

[ With a great scrape and clatter, Stella's chair thunks down onto all four legs as she gapes at Ren in surprise. ]

[ She's pointing at herself as if to clarify. Yes, you, Stella. ]

You really want me to help you write songs?

Yes. I think with your help my songs would get some new dimension to them. The same would go for you, if you let me help with yours.

[He's amused at Stella's reaction though. V. cute.]

I– dude, of course I would! I seriously need the help, I have no idea where to start–

[ Which is a bit of a fib. She's tried, but... well, the first step at being good at something is being bad at something and she's still pretty solidly on that first step. ]

I bet if we put our heads together, we'd come out with something super good!

I agree completely and I'm ready to try something whenever you are. I can also fit you in my schedule, Stella-chan.

I'm free anytime you are! I don't have a whole lot of stuff going on right now, so any time you wanna do this, I'm down!

[ She's bouncing in her seat in excitement... ]

Well, do you want new songs before the concert or after is a better question.

[ Stella folds her arms across her chest and leans back in her chair, brow furrowed. ]

After would probably be better, right? If we focus on perfecting a song we're already familiar with, that'd give the best performance, right?

After the concert it is. We can decide on the details before then while we prepare for the concert.

[And idea.]

We could do a small "music camp" at my castle.

Oooh, I'm in! We did one of those back home forever ago when I'd first started performing... it was super fun! And maybe it'll get a few more people interested in performing and stuff.

[ She pumps her first excitedly. ]

It'll be like a big sleepover, too! And those're always fun.

We should definitely announce it after the concert and invite people interesting in singing over. I can put some advertisement up at work too.

[More performers would definitely be fun and bring more variety to the concerts, too.]

And we can even offer a free spa day at my town.

Definitely. Absolutely, you should! After all the hard work we'll put in for the concert, we for sure deserve some time to relax!

[ That and Stella will literally never say no to Free Stuff. ]

And hey! Maybe free spa time will tempt over a couple folks who might not give it a shot otherwise.
