Oh, what to do with them? I am not too well versed in it, but at least back home, you have to reason with them and force them to fulfill their regrets. Then they should leave for the other side.

You can also fight them with magic of course, but the former method is far more effective.

Normally I just avoid them though. It's the best method for personal longevity.
