WHAT'S UP?

Speed Dating & Frienshipping is a (player-run) Valentine's Event hosted by Ren Jinguji and Camus at Shining Karaoke, located in Camelot.

During both of these events, participants talk to all other participants. Everyone is given five minutes to ask questions before they bell rings and you move onto the next person.

The tables all have cards that include simple questions if someone is stuck on what to ask. Here are some examples of what kind of questions there might be. Of course Speed Frienshipping won't have any "shippy" questions or ones that could be implied as such.

Everyone is free to make Top Levels for their characters for before and after the events themselves for mingling, singing karaoke or anything! World's your oyster and so on.

Ahaha, well I do certainly hope you're not intending to wage war here. Um, I certainly do enjoy the relatively peaceful lives we've been given.

In the short term, perhaps not. King Arthur is an amiable fellow, and I would like to work with him to restore the worlds. It would be miserable to have nothing left but this little island, even if I were to conquer it.

[...But after the calamity is fixed is another story.]

Of course, if I find his leadership wanting, I will seize the throne without hesitation. But I do not think that is necessary.

So, you only conquer out of necessity and for the greater good, rather than for the sake of it?

[ That was good, right? Better than conquering just because he could, at any rate. Unless of course, that was just an excuse and he conquered whatever he wanted with no reason... ]

I conquered in order to see the vast waters at the end of the world, Okeanos, and I inspired my followers to share that same dream. If this calamity destroys the world altogether, I won't get to see much of anything, now will I? And I would be a poor king to my subjects, for allowing it to happen.

[Whether he's really acting for a greater good or for his own selfish whims is debatable, but either way, he'll let her make up her own mind.]

[ Not that she knew enough to judge him anyway. And while that may be selfish-- So long as she was allowed to live in peace, she didn't have a right to do so regardless. ]

[ Guess who doesn't know enough on the details of his story to put two and two together? It's that girl! Maybe it's better that way, she's overwhelmed enough by all the historical figures she's met already. ]

I write freeform poetry myself. The kind that comes from the heart— Metaphors that speak of one's feelings. [Why, someone is a lot more enthusiast all of a sudden!] I must say, I am also quite fond of traditional poetry. Shakespeare is a guilty pleasure to say the least, ahaha! But if I had to pick an all-time favorite, that has to be Before You Came, by Faiz Ahmed Faiz.
