Targeting stabs

[Perhaps your character is just minding their own business when suddenly they feel like someone is watching them. It could also be Archer's cognitive magic is making your character feel like it's coming from entirely another direction.

Archer only targets people who seem like they'd be fine with a little pain and could manage afterwards.

What's more, everyone he stabs will be getting an anonymous donation of 250,000G on their account the next day.]

[Over on network there's a thread of pictures of stabs from an anonymous source, tagging the weapon used in each case. Whether it's a #kitchenknife or a #darningneedle, all of the eventually get posted on the thread. Archer's not an idiot to be using his own account, but he does attach his name whenever he sends them to the quest provider.]

[Or, it could be... if Archer wanted to disappear into the crowd... but that depended on what he was using to stab with.

Still, Keith moved about, still rather unaware of someone else, mainly due to the crowd. But he did eventually move away and started heading back towards his apartment... which was in a quieter section of town. It didn't take long to clear the larger crowds and get down to a more manageable traffic flow.

And, honestly, Keith didn't really like crowds all that much. He'd mainly suffered through in order to get what he'd needed.]

[If he didn't need to take a picture with the stabbing, he'd use the crowd to his advantage. Alas, he does need to.

With that in mind, Archer continues to follow him towards the more quiet areas, making sure to keep as little attention to himself as possible. He takes the letter opener from his pocket since he chose that one this time around.

He's both trying to mask any of his presence with his magic and trying to be quick enough so he could stab him before he paid too much attention to the steps he'd most likely hear. Either is probably not going to work too well, but he's going towards Keith's left arm to stab there.]

[The magic definitely worked in his favor, though Keith seemed bothered by something... almost like he had this weird feeling someone was messing with his head. It helped that one of his friends had cognitive magic. That said, though, he didn't have his usual sensitivity to weird stuff here in Avalon, so he was just baffled.

He paused for a moment, trying to figure it out...]

[Archer closes the remaining distance to actually attempt a stab on Keith's arm with absolutely no hesitation.]

[Keith yelped as Archer got his hit. His startle response also included a small defensive fireball as he spun to face his 'attacker'.]

[Archer is able to dodge the fireball, at least, as he masks his presence even more and hurries into the nearest hiding place. That happens to be a bush. Though the presence suggested by his cognitive magic says he went towards the market place again.]

[Keith cursed under his breath, searching around for someone, anyone, who looked suspicious. Then, with a frustrated growl, he took off into the crowd. He'd get his arm looked at later. He wanted to see if he could find whoever did that, first.]

[Archer makes sure to snap a photo of Keith before he runs off.

Tomorrow he would be getting a payment of this whole thing.]
