[Seeing Kosmo helping with the fight is also reassuring. The wolf is a strong fighter, Jean can see that. Keith and him were good assets to the battle.

The villagers are also doing their best. They only get a few orcs here and there to fight, but they do well against them for rookies. Jean can also help heal any injured once the battle is over.

Two more giant orcs make their way towards the battle field. Jean looks over to Keith.]

Looks like the big shots are almost here.

[Keith narrowed his eyes, nodding a little in agreement.]

Ready?

[He moved quickly, making to cut a path through the crowd and get to the bigger enemies. The villagers could handle the smaller ones, but they needed to get those big ones down as soon as they could.]

[Jean nodded and gave a signal to one of the townsmen to ready the others to fight like they were taught and starts making his way towards the big ones with Keith. The orcs continue past them when they're not cut down, but Jean has to trust the villagers to actually handle them and just continue onwards.

Once through the wave of orcs, his sword clashes with an one of the bigger orc's axe.]

[Thankfully, fighting with and against Galra had given Keith the practice when it came to fighting being larger than himself. He used the height difference to his advantage, staying low and keeping under the orc's swings, attacking at the legs to bring it down to halt its advance.]

[Jean's used to fighting opponents bigger than himself... but they're gigantic compared to these ones so it doesn't count as an advantage here... sadly.

It's been enough time since the last sword beam, so he actives that while he jumps back. He shoot the beam at the giant orc and it does less damage than he'd wanted to (the axe blocked most of it) but it also worked for blinding the orc enough for Jean to get behind him to attack from there.]

[Once Keith had it down, Kosmo jumped on the back and bit down hard, killing the creature with a neck chomp. The two moved on to their next opponent.]

[Jean manages to defeat the orc he had been fighting once he gets behind its back and then moves onto the smaller orcs that were approaching the nearby villagers. There were a bit too many for them to handle on their own so he helps them out for now.]

[The battle went on for quite some time after that, but they did eventually chase off a good portion of the orc army. It hadn't been easy, but the newly trained villagers did handle themselves quite well in the long run. Now, it was time to check injuries and see if things needed repairing.

Keith had come out with the bumps and bruises he had expected, but nothing serious. Same for Kosmo. Quietly, he made his way through the ranks of fighters, checking to see if anyone needed any help.]
