Nanaki had initially wanted to just walk alongside Zidane and see what the egg would respond to, but it looks to be strangely picky. Huh… how troublesome. It didn’t even look interested in traditional baby food.

Eventually, Nanaki tries to help as well, using his kinetic magic to pick a few things off the shelves. A package of ground meat, a pack of fish, a few vegetables he recognized, a bag of strange-looking candies, and a box of biscuits all end up being picked up and offered before the baby.
