[ Hot cocoa...... 10.000G are its own kind of reward and, reasonably, why the bulk of amateur divers have decided to gather. But Juza came for the promise of hot cocoa...... hmph, he'll deny it, but only for so long. There isn't much more he was able to find on the fish, other than what the quest giver shared while, as much as it pained him, he even traded the Lady of the Lake some of his sweets stash for a potion. Which he's now clutching like it's been paid for in real gold.

Him and Taichi made a good team for catching lettuce, and advice to go together 's something Juza also takes on board. The more the merrier, you'd have to guess. It's slightly more extravagant than the night time candy runs he and Tsumugi 'd done. Kazunari didn't join them for it, but they are roommates, here...

Towels, a yet empty bucket, if the group wasn't trekking across ice, it'd look like they're just going for a normal swim. Juza is leading with determination—again, it's the hot cocoa that really matters to him. One can see their breath on the air, though. They still find a spot, a big hole already made in the ice, through the self-made fog in front of their faces to set up. ]

'm goin' first. [ Once more, his motivator is-- Juza strips down to a pair of swim trunks that look more suited for the beach. The first chill catches him in that state just as he pops the cork of the underwater breathing potion. ]

[ Taichi wants the 10kG but in the end, he's doing this because he has a goal.. normally, Taichi wouldn't really care about being lorded or anything. But if he can get them a castle for free he sure as hell is gonna work for that. He can pick the location too, so he can put it right outside Camelot so it's not a long commute to the theater. (And eventually he'll save up for the Camelot Totem too... he's almost got enough..!!)

But to be a noble, you need to act with nobility! And so Taichi's all for helping make sure Juza doesn't freeze his toesies off and gets his hot cocoa. It sure is cold though, and Taichi holds his own arms as he shivers. Then he hears Juza's voice and looks over at him in swim trunks and straightens up. ]

You're going in that?! I think I just grew hairs on my chest...

[ Plus, there's no longer the looming threat of Sakyo shouting their heads off about the jacuzzi, if they don't even have to pay rent anymore. Maybe Juza's mindset hasn't reached the same noble place as Taichi yet, but help 's help. And it helps that the reward is sweet, that's it. If only the breathing potion tasted like hot cocoa too; Juza withholds a burp of a less pleasant flavor after chugging it in one go.

Taichi's dismay echoes having left preparations at that. The ice he stands on is already chilling Juza to his toesies, but he wills himself to stand there without shivering or hugging himself. Master of fast baths...... but the problem is Juza doesn't even like staying in warm water; so what about cold? ]

[ Which surely means he shouldn't bide any of that time until Kazunari and Tsumugi have set up their spot. He steps right up to the hole in the ice and puts a foot in, all up to his knee before he sits on the edge.

It's ice cold...! But it's not like it can be helped now. Juza lets himself in to his waist, still holding onto the ice around him, until he's slowly up to his shoulders in the water. Just his head poked out, and he's obviously clenching his teeth.

It's freezing......! What if his hands and feet freeze off before he can even dive under?! But he takes a breath like he's gonna go. ]

[ Well, Taichi's nobility is, as always, centered around people liking him and a desire to feed his love life. A big castle is a great way to do that. It will make a lot of people happy with Taichi, which then in turn makes Taichi happy. He does love attention. ]

I..! I have an Everwarm potion, if you need it. I wanted to save it for emergencies, so let's try to do it without first.

[ If that's okay... He watches Juza go in hesitantly, wondering if he should get it out or not. It's probably.. okay... ]

Or maybe straight to the Red Springs for a bath, hehe.
