Please. The only concern Azul has about this is if gorge is big enough for him to actually swim in.

Thankfully either the gorge is large enough or whatever magic works to allow him to transform when wet takes location into account, as Azul has no problems once he's transformed (though someone passing by may be extremely concerned since Azul's skin is...well, it's purple. And he's in freezing cold water. Unless you happen to see one of his tentacles come up with fish, you would be forgiven for thinking he has hypothermia.

Or maybe you've seen this before and are just looking to harass a hard working merman. Either/or!]

Wizards Gone Wild

[Honestly, Azul is only doing this because calendar sales almost always go up around this time of year and he's never actually managed to get in on that particular part of the market. This will be a good chance to get data on what sorts of stationary people are looking for, too, so yes. Azul can be found selling the Wizards Gone Wild calendars before business hours at the Golden Silence, either in the restaurant itself or just at the market, when he taps you on the shoulder.]

[He warned you! He warned you, Venti! Azul is quick to try searching for him with a tentacle the second Venti hits the water, diving down to get a better look. All told, Venti is in the water for maybe ten seconds, tops.

But that is enough. Azul more or less throws Venti onto dry land before hauling himself out and reaching for the towels nearby.]

Stay awake, dammit, where's my phone...

[Cold water is not his idea of fun?! He thrashes around and curses how he hates this and how if only he still had the power of the wind this wouldn't be a problem! Cold! Icey! Frigid water!

What's even worse is he feel that tentacle around him. Ick- Ahhhhh!! When he gets plopped back down on land he wails.]

Too cold! An ice lake is no place for a bard!!!

[And bundling Venti up as best he can, since that's about the extent of Azul's first-aid-for-hypothermia lessons.]

[Shivering and chattering teeth! This is why he's not the cryo archon! The towels will be held close. But he really wants to get away from this cold and wet! His cloak is going to be ruined!]

[He tries to wobble up to his feet but he proceeds to fall down on his ass again.]

[ And so a put off ( but concerned ) Yaksha is well on his way to go pick up an Archon. Because that is apparently his life. He carries him home when drunk and now apparently half frozen to death because he can't get said drinking habits under control.

He gets directions to where he needs to be and shows up as swiftly as possible. Hands on hips, he appraises the situation and just sighs. ]

How is it that someone can behave so irresponsibly

In his defense, he probably wouldn't have come down here if I hadn't mentioned possibly needing someone to monitor the ice while I swam.

[The "but I figured he was just being lazy" goes without saying.]

Oh, hello. Xiao... How nice ... of you to come.

[Just what he needs right now, being ganged up on by these two. But Venti puts on a weak smile anyway even as he shivers in his spot and can't get up to his feet.]

Rest assured, if it were any other world this wouldn't have been a problem... The ice was clearly against m-me.

[ it goes without saying is probably right. Xiao has heard Rex Lapis talk of the Anemo Archon and his laziness. As far as that goes, Xiao doesn't quite see it the same way. Venti is merely... Craftier. Though he'll not say anything like that to anyone. It's a secret that he'll somewhat keep to himself. ]

One day I imagine that he'll figure out that he can make more than just objects float. Then this will no longer be an issue.

[ He's going to stand, hooking his arms under Venti's legs. A small frown does form on his features. Xiao isn't really sure that he likes the look or the implication... ]
