[It's been a hell of a year, or close enough to it, for Ochako and her many friends here. From the varying trials and tribulations of general quests, to the more perilous missions between kingdoms, to new beginnings and changing tides...it's all a path forward on the long road of life. Despite the difficulties, Ochako's been able to reflect on this past year and finally find herself a bit - a new title and a new, but still somewhat the same, purpose in this world. Something given, something earned (even if she doesn't really see it that way, yet), but still very much hers.

Lady Uraraka (hrrgh...it'll never feel normal, yikes) is throwing a bit of a holiday celebration at her small castle to celebrate the coming and going of a full year. Not only that, but also Christmas prior, and even her birthday as well! All friends she knows, and anyone those friends care to invite, are welcome!! They'll be guided to a decently sized ballroom where several tables have been set up for people to relax and eat, and a separate table for gift giving and gift receiving as well!



What, you thought you'd come to this celebration and leave empty-handed? Pshaw.]

Hm...you know, I've kind of noticed it's people that're from less modernized worlds that do that. I think maybe they don't have laws and regulations like we do, so it's probably okay for them to drink even though they're what we would call underage...

[And, like she said before, Ochako has tried little sips of beer and other alcohols from her parents before, too. It's not a bad thing to try it, just out of curiosity, but actually going full hog on a bottle of beer probably isn't a good idea. And when Izuku mentions a drunk Bakugou, she snorts, nearly getting soup all over her front and wiping it away with a napkin. Oops.]

Oh, Bakugou is definitely a 'one and done' kind of person. He can barely stay awake anytime after nine already, if he was drunk, you'd have to peel him off the floor, I bet!! Oooh, and I bet he'd get, like...even more sweaty. Like the gross kind of sweaty. Like tourists visiting Mt. Fuji.

[Izuku nods as he agrees with that comment. Less modern worlds seem to be much looser about rules like that. The cultural differences are very clear.

But then he almost snorts with laughter. His head hangs as he guilty agrees with the note about Katsuki too.]

I'm not sure I want to deal with that sort of Kacchan.

[Well, maybe he would if he had to. It would be amusing in a way.]

Out of all our classmates who do you think would be able to handle alcohol? For some reason I'm thinking Jirou-san or Sero-kun.

[Do not feel guilty, Izuku - busting one's chops is peak friendship. If you can't make fun of your buddies from time to time, what's even the point? Besides, it's not like Bakugou holds back with the mocking and teasing...

Ochako snickers a bit, chewing around more meat and cabbage as she stuffs a particularly large bite into her mouth. What are manners, this country bumpkin is having too much fun right now to care about something so trivial.]

Mmh, I think... [Chew, chew, and swallow.] Probably Todoroki-kun, if you take quirks into consideration. Like, you know how he can burn up real hot? I bet he could burn off the alcohol before it effects him too bad if he increased his body temperature. Without that, though...hmm--

Satou-kun, maybe? Somehow I feel he'd be able to take a bit of alcohol more than anyone else. [Alcohol has a lot of sugar, which Satou burns through for his quirk, and bakers also use certain alcohols to soak cakes and sweets in. He might have built up a small tolerance because of that.]
