Paid enough. Managed to haggle the price down.
[If anything, the fixer upper will keep him busy, especially with the cold potentially rolling in.]
Thinking about it. But it's fine where it is for right now. And not really in any shape to go anywhere.
Figured it was better than camping or sharing a room.
