It's finally here, the promised day of the fundraiser. Anyone who walks past the shiny and new Kaika Theatre will notice the makeshift stalls set outside, hosting a veritable smorgasboard of foods and drinks. ... Okay. Mostly it's a lot of cupcakes, plates of curry bread (both vegetarian and not, at all spice levels) and a mixture of cold and hot drinks options. While all of this is available for individual purchase, there's also a sign next to the curry bread stall that proclaims CHALLENGE MODE: CURRY ROULETTE. If you're feeling brave, grab a few friends and try the randomly assorted platter of curry bread, and try to avoid the extra spicy option.

Whether you just drop by for a bite to eat or stay a while and chat, or ask for a tour of the theatre, remember that all proceeds go to helping the newly formed Kaika Theatre afford everything they need in order to put on their first, sure to be unforgettable, show here in Camelot.

Of course, if you're a little more interested in being a star, or maybe just helping in the creation of a fantastic play, you can drop by a few days later when Kaika Theatre holds open auditions! They're nothing terrifying — all you have to do is provide your name and show some passion for theatre, and Izumi will welcome you with open arms. No experience required, just dedication and hard work. But once that's all over, you can hang around and talk with the current Kaika members in order to get a better idea of what you're in for.

Hm! Well, a way to eat plenty without the mess is always good! Sure, I'll give one a try.

[ He does a little bow and holds out the tray. ]

Help yourself! Mm.. I might have to have one too, I really sold myself on it...!

[And that would be him taking two (gasp) samples. He'll buy the third... if he likes them.]

Mmm.. I'm doing it!

[ Taichi puts one into his mouth, making a happy "Mmm!" sound ]

Mmm.. the samples are good, but not as good as the whole thing since these are cooled down a little. They're really awesome fresh out of the fryer!

[ Since the samples are cut up pieces with toothpicks so people can take them, after all...!! He's not overselling the flavor, though. The person cooking them is a curry enthusiast who can make any kind of curry (and not much else). ]

[Zidane will also eat one... annnd then that second one with a grin. Oh, that is tasty.]

Yeah, I get that. You've been walking around with the sample tray for a while so it's probably even cooler than if you left it out in a room.

[Definitely did not represent a freshly prepared bun or curry. Guess that meant he would be buying a fresh one~]

Yeah! But see, think about it!

[ he puts one hand on Zidane's shoulder, the other outstretched toward the theater entrance. ]

These are delicious the way they are. Doesn't it make your mouth water thinking about how good one is fresh out of the fryer?

[Zidane does this his head, and does seem to be considering.]

... Could potentially!

[Don't mind him holding another sample he might've stealthily grabbed with his tail. He hasn't eaten it, but he's wondering how soon it'll be noticed. What? He's been standing with it this whole time.]

[ Taichi's an idiot, so Zidane could probably get away with emptying his sample tray and he wouldn't notice until he tried to eat one and there's nothing left. ]</small. Let's go, I want one too!

[Oh yeah, he notices this, but he'll be nice... and just take one more.]

Alright! Away we go for some fresh curry bread!

[ Taichi grins and leads the way inside the theater to the little concessions stand where they've got them being made. ]

I want one, but make his first, okay?

[ HE'S THE CUSTOMEr.. TAICHI SHOULD NOT CUT AHEAD ]

Oh no, it's fine if you eat first. You've probably been working for a while now.

[Also, he'd been snacking on the samples so it's not like he's famished.]

It's fine, it's curry. I can have it for any meal of the day, I know where it will be..

[ Unclear if that's a haunted or happy statement. He seems perky again though. ] My new friend first!

... it's not holding you hostage, is it?

[This is making him concerned... but he's also joking.] Hey, your new friend insists! You've been working for a while; take a break!

Our director just has a little too much enthusiasm for it, hehe... But we don't have to eat it if we get other people to cook, no worries!

[ He grins. ] Let's eat together?

Haha, that's good! So, how often to other people cook?

[He grins back and nods.] Sounds good to me!

I do sometimes, Tsuzuru-san's good at it because he has a lot of little siblings, and back home Omi-kun did all the time. He was really good at it! Here we're still trying to figure it out so we aren't doomed to curry for every meal of every day. Curry is better when it's not every course.

Huh, guess if you designate someone to cook certain nights, that'd break it up. The Boss did that.

Yup. Don't worry about it; he's not here. If he was, there'd probably be another theater troupe... also, I wouldn't be able to join this one.

Competition is good though! Hehe, we'd totally crush you guys though, you know!!

[ A pause. Wait he missed something there. ]

You're joining this one!?

Oooh, on the stage or the battlefield? You gotta specify in my world...

[You don't really, but he can mess with him, right?]

Yeah. Aren't most people here right now planning the same?

On the stage! Heh, you'd probably kick my ass on the battle field.. Though if all of Autumn troupe was here, we might put up a pretty good fight.

[ He grins. ]

Yeah! Well, there's people donating, and people who just want to eat curry too.

That's fair. I know I came to look around, but the food helps too.

[ Taichi has more faith in their acting than their ability to beat a fantasy fighter, but it'd definitely be fun. They frequently do acting battles in his world, after all. ]

I also have a mini-fridge in the office with yogurt and those little tiny hot dog sausages.
