Fizzy Lifting Bar:

[Colette is just initially giggling about the bubbles and isn't necessarily considering the other potential consequences. Sure, she misses her wings in flying but she doesn't anticipate rising with her feet leaving the ground from the bubbles like this. It has her blink and flail a little in not being used to this in not being able to really control it the same way without her wings to guide her ascent. Her arms sort of flail as she starts to rise a little.]

Ah?! Oh.....! I wasn't expecting this.....

[But also. There is the truth factor. Even if Colette doesn't often lie and if she does it is usually more by omission than anything malicious, more in reassuring her friends that things were fine when they. Aren't. Actually. So if anyone wanted more honest straight answers out of her about how she is doing, about things back home. Well, now would certainly be the time to ask.]

Business:

[It's taken a bit but. Colette is starting in opening up her idea of imitating the rabbit cafes but with.....dogs. Of course it's dogs. She smiles if someone enters, asking what snack they might like from the selection (which is mostly sweet snacks. Generally either involving fruit of some sort or chocolate.) And giggling as the dogs interest is piqued in a new arrival and they get excited, approaching the newcomer.]

Welcome! Feel free to get something to eat and sit with the dogs! I think...mm, Caramel! Caramel hasn't had a snack yet if you wanted to get a little something to eat!


Tattoos:

[It might not necessarily be the most noticeable depending on what she is wearing at the time. But, Colette does end up figuring a tattoo. She may not have her wings here but she does get the wings tattooed on her back. Even if she is the last Chosen, that seems all the more reason for the reminder. Given the location of it, most might not even realize she has this tattoo unless she wears something more revealing like a swimsuit or tank top/singlet. Or they were the character that did the tattoo for her.]

[ Around this time, Atom seems to have tired of playing with the other dogs, and has wandered back over to Fenton. Picking up the dog treat, he holds it out to Atom. ]

You have a good time? You look a little hungry. Give it a try!

[ Atom sniffs the treat curiously at first, then snatches it from Fenton and eats the treat in earnest. ]

Looks like Atom likes the food here too!

I hope so! Emil has been helping me taste test initially at least. But I'm just glad you and Atom are enjoying the food and playing with the other dogs.

[Colette can't help but to smile, relieved on how this is going well given she is new to this and all in still figuring things out with opening the café. She giggles, head tilting slightly at how enthusiastic Atom is about the treat.]

Once he finishes his cake and Atom finishes his treat, he sighs in satisfaction. ]

Ah, alright! I'll do what I can to mention your show to others too still! But um, right.

[Payment. Kind of important in figuring the costs of the business. The electricity and ingredients for the food and such and all. Colette gives a nod, gesturing for him to follow her to the till where she can figure how much he owes her. She gives him the total, decently confident it seems in line with most other places selling the same sort of thing.]

[ When she rings up the total, he looks at it for a moment before going to pay. It feels a little low to him, but then he doesn't quite know how cost of labor and materials factor in, so he can't really say what a fair price is.

Still, he does give her some extra anyway. ]

Of cour -- eh? Ah, you miscounted, let me give you back the change....

[Of course Colette isn't immediately catching on as she counts the amount that he has given her more on purpose. So she's automatically then shifting to give him the change back, holding it out to him in noticing the extra.]

[ He holds his hand up, declining the change. ] Keep it! It's gratuity.

Gratuity? Ah, if you're sure. I just thought you accidentally paid too much.

[Sometimes people might not have the exact amount, after all. But Colette thanks him, giving a smile as she waves goodbye to him and Atom.]

[ Then, once he's sure Atom's leash is secure, he'll return the wave and start heading out. ]
