It does seem so. But at the same time, it seems like it's mostly humans who are pulled here.
[Nonhuman still feels kinda uncommon in his view. There are a couple of mechs, although most are human looking aside from him, and there are the aforementioned talking duck people he's seen around. Fortunately for everyone here, Soundwave doesn't mind humans much anymore and certainly doesn't have a problem being in a place where it's mostly filled with humans.
It's still lonely without his own kind, but he's gotten used to it by this point. At least he has a couple of human friends to keep him from being totally alone.]
