She steps out and waits for Rinea to lock up, nodding thoughtfully. "A workshop, or a place that could easily be turned into one." She thinks, clicking her teeth as she mulls it over. "If we cannot find a house with a dedicated space, perhaps a basement or attic would serve as well?" It's not as though they'll have much need for a great deal of storage space, given all their current possessions currently fit inside a single hotel room.

"Actually, wait. I have an idea." She fishes out her phone and opens it to the real-estate page where she'd managed to find some suitable listings. "Here, this place has a shed in the back yard." She offers the phone for Rinea to look at; it includes pictures of the shed and its interior. "Perhaps something along these lines?" It's fairly well-lit and has space for a few worktables. "A place to start at least."
