[Eustace just makes a short disgruntled sound before he feels that tug again. HE COULD JUST LEAVE. But then he'd have to deal with the consequences from his familiar and he really doesn't want to.

Is that even possible?

[It's not a flat out rejection. Which in Eustace's terms is basically an agreement through resignation.]
