Nero had been passing by, oblivious, until he hears some strange sounds coming from a nearby alleyway. When he goes to investigate, he stops at the end of the alley to watch, and sees small green... goblin... things mobbing a guy. He has no idea if it's a bar scuffle taken outside or something else, but he can't leave it be, so he decides to speak up.

"You guys look like you're having fun," he drawls, drawing his blade from his back. "Can I play too?"
