Art Studies
There are a few places that Grand Admiral Thrawn feels at home and comfortable. One is in his office, another is on the bridge of his ship, and yet another is art galleries and museums. Since the Chimaera is back in his home universe, Thrawn has found himself locating a nearby museum in Camelot and paying a visit. If he can get a look at the local artwork, he may be able to glean something about his new location and the culture.

The white uniform got him weird looks, so it's currently hanging up in his closet, and he's now wearing a navy blue business suit. At the moment, he's staring intently at a painting done by a local artist, his face stoic but interested, hand on his chin.

Magic Practice
Thrawn's not too familiar with magic, especially magic of this sort. He's never had such abilities before, and he's always relied on quick reflexes and sheer combat skills when he's had to fight. But, since he's been given these magical powers, he may as well find out how to use them, since it's better if he knows how, rather than find himself in a situation where he might need them but not have the know-how.

Thus, he heads for the training yard to practice and hone his newfound powers. His abilities have been described as "light magic". His familiar is a strange, orange lizard draped around his shoulders. At the moment, Thrawn generates small orbs of light in his hands, as if he's holding two miniature stars.
