Waiting at the end of the street is one Kratos Aurion, leaning against a building with his arms crossed because he's one of those guys. When he hears Chris' warning, he pushes himself off from the wall and almost casually steps into the path of the fleeing thief. Ignoring Snagglefoot's threat to 'get out of the way or else!!!!', Kratos extends a hand in his direction and casts a powerful blast of air. It's not enough to knock the thief over, but it does manage to surprise him enough to get him to stumble, which may in turn give Chris a chance to catch up.
