It looked an awful lot like a flower, and the book I read described something like it. Even the picture seemed like it was the right one...

[He sighs and rubs at his eyes with the back of his arm.]

It has some kind of crazy pollen that got into my eyes, and now they're all irritated. [Washing it out seems to help a little, but his eyes are still watering. SIGH.]
