[Of course Hijikata would reference the previous dragon. This is however not the time or place to start yelling it's not the same as this situation.]
There are other ways to stop enemies than to kill or talk then down, you damn meatheads.

I'd like to remind you both that killing a dragon under normal circumstances, where they haven't done anything against us yet, is extremely forbidden.
