It was a bad idea to be in close range with Floyd, Jade knows that much and he instantly tries and makes another grab for Floyd's arm with his own. Even if he can't entirely stop him, Jade wants to keep him from getting a firm lock around his neck.

Of course, the real problem is he can't get up, and it's hard to get his legs untwined from Floyd's so Jade settles for trying to kick at what he hopes is a knee or at least a shin. Curse these clumsy bodies!
