A full indentured servitude can reflect on one's attitude
š§ WHO: Tsuna and You
āļøļø WHAT: December happenings, quests and chaos
š WHEN: throughout December
šŗļø WHERE: In Camelot
ā ļø WARNINGS: n/a but could be added if necessary
A - Avalon Crossing: Snowy Shack Paradise
This doesn't make any sense.
[Says Tsuna, as he stands beside a mound of snow and holding a card out in his hands. This had to be a mistake, Tsuna had only made the snowball on a lark. It hadn't meant to be the entry into a sidequest.
But here he was. With a mound of snow and a request to make an Indoor Tropical Paradise. Out of snow?
Tsuna sighs, pulling on his mittens and rather glad that even if they cannot become the Vongola gloves, they still work as regular mittens. Perhaps even better, since they come from Leon's fibres.
At the very least, he can make a fort? That's a start, right?
B - Banyanished Banyananas!
[Tsuna probably shouldn't be looking into this.
The dark web isn't a place he should be looking. But ever since he'd heard about criminal groups using it, particularly when a mafia-sounding group was harassing the refugees, he's been keeping an eye on it. It bothers him that he does it. He's supposed to be avoiding this kind of thing and yet now he's being drawn in of his own volition.
But seeing the quest about the Prison makes his heart sink and he knows he can't ignore it. It reminds him too much about Vindice and their prison. And while he doesn't know the full extent of that operation, he knows enough that it bothers him. (He thinks of Mukuro, Ken, and Chikusa, and as dangerous as they are, they don't deserve that. There might be dangerous people in this prison, but they don't deserve to have their souls sucked away).
And so he's at the library, researching banyan trees and occasionally glancing around furtively, as if someone might catch him in the act.
And eventually, an anonymous message appears on the network:]
What do people know about the underground fae prison>
C - Christmas Chaos
[He'd entered the toy store on a whim.
Even if Camelot didn't celebrate Christmas it was getting to that time of year, and well, maybe Tsuna was attached to a few traditions. And he did have friends who could probably use a gift. He'd really just meant to look at the toys, as he had time to actually decide on purchases. It was a unique store, with handmade wooden toys. Something you'd be more likely to see in a TV special than in real life.
He'd only meant to look.
He was examining some wooden robots, and even dared to pick one up to see how it could move its arms and legs, when there was a shout from behind him and he turned quickly to see the store attendant, a young man dressed ing a green uniform, wobbling on a ladder. Body acting on instinct, Tsuna dove to help him, only in his turn and the dive he knocked over several displays. Toys and decorations came crashing down and to add insult to injury, he was unsuccessful in even helping the attendant, who lands with an "oof" on the floor. There is a scramble of hasty apologies and an attempt to help clean up, when the back door opens and a large man in a red suit with a white beard storms into the room.
The red of his face nearly matches the red of his pants as he surveys the scene and stern eyes land on Tsuna, who cowers.
Anyway, that's how Tsuna finds himself running around town, dressed as a jolly green Christmas-like elf. Maybe you see him trying to drag a cart of wood around, maybe he's buying paint at a store, maybe he's just doing a good old-fashioned coffee run. He's trying not to be seen though, even if he does stick out.]

Sounds like to me that you should be used to working with jerks.
[ For Tsuna, anyway. Because as far as he sees it, Gokudera is one. Except this guy. And yeah he had been put out but that's because Mophead wouldn't fucking explain the entire situation! Katsuki isn't going to do one thing or another just blind! He might have been helping someone in the wrong.
But whatever. He's not going to explain or justify himself.
What he is going to do though, is exactly what Gokudera expects him to do. Which is create the walls based off of the plan drawn in the snow once he puts his hand out. And yeah, they are somewhat stylized. More like the walls themselves are frosty so that nothing can be seen. ]
How about you get some food coloring, huh?
[ Because he's got some ideas for windows. ]
no subject
[Tsuna knows that Gokudera can be difficult, and that he's managed to move beyond those initial walls. But even at his worst, Tsuna can definitely say that he's dealt with far bigger jerks. And then somehow, they end up following him.
Jury's still out on how he managed that.
But he catches on to what Bakugou's ideas are, and well, he's impressed. And if this is going to avoid a curse, he's willing to work together.]
Gokudera-kun, did you get any? Or should I run and get some?
no subject
Heās not going to explain any of that now. Bakugou hadnāt wanted to help him when heād needed it.]
That guy and I have the same magic.
[So sure, yeah, okay itās impressive and Gokudera is already doing what Bakugou planned on doing. They are doing the same thing, and heās even more annoyed now because his boss is impressed.
Impressed that Bakugou is copying him!
He isnāt. They just had the same idea because they have the same magic, and are using it the same way.]
No need, Tenth. We have pigmentia.
[They can change the color at will.
Gokudera touches the ice and it changes to a blue, runs his finger along one of those walls and it turns pink.]
no subject
Unfortunately true.
[ But... Gokudera's doing something else. Katsuki tilts his head, brow raised as the ice changes color. ]
How the fuck did you do that?
[ Bakugou is actually something of a nerd too, really. So his question is out of pure curiosity. ]
no subject
Well, with two light powers, this should be easy, right? And that looks really cool! Maybe we can make, like a sunset pattern?
no subject
Pigmentia. Look it up.
[Heād provide more information, but doesnāt feel like it. Thereās a school and a library, after all. It was something he learned early on when he arrived. There are still a few first-arrivals like the Tenth that also know Pigmentia.
If he heard the Tenth potentially mention adding spikes Gokudera would ask if he could try making ice palm trees.]
Red on the bottom and getting lighter as it goes up, then?
[A little prodding here and there and it seems as though heās able to shift the color with his touch. The color spreads and he has to pull back to avoid making a wall of solid red.
Gokudera twists, then touches three snow piles, turning the colors of each so there is a pile of red, orange, and yellow.]
Great idea, Tenth. Can you help me gather more snow?
[Those piles are sitting there should Bakugou decide to use them for further construction.]
no subject
[ Look, he can do what he wants. If that means helping someone out, then Bakugou is going to help someone out. That's all that there is do it.
But whatever. The blonde will huff and snatch up some snow. Don't mind him as he starts to just takes chunks of it and mold them into things like couches and chairs. Something relatively easy that can be done without the use of magic. ]
no subject
[Tsuna says to Gokudera. He's happy enough to help out in this way, not having a lot in the artistic department. And there might just be a little smile on his face as Bakugou starts to help out as well.
He picks up the shovel and soon returns back with a new pile of snow.]
no subject
Working together with the Tenth is far more rewarding than trying to order him around and claiming that is āhelpā.]
Thanks, boss! Hereā¦
[Heās using his magic to change those piles into three different colors, then looking over at the furniture Bakugou is making.]
You want those any certain colors?
[Just going to ignore the āassholeā comment.]
no subject
I don't know. Whatever your boss thinks since this is technically his mission or whatever?
[ Yeap. Yeah. Katsuki sure caught onto that bit of information. And is now scowling. ]
no subject
Well, since it's supposed to be a tropical theme, so maybe tropical colours? Like reds for the sunset and then maybe some blue for the ocean?
[Just not gonna say anything about the boss comment.]
no subject
He looks on at the other when he answers, lifts an eyebrow, nods, then looks back to Tsuna, all smiles and enthusiasm.]
If weāre doing the walls in shades of the sunset, maybe blues and greens will stand out more?
[Gokudera turns the couch a emerald green, the chairs lime green, and he passes them off to Tsuna to place them in the house.]
Like that? And ice windows, oh! Maybe I can make green polka-dot curtains!
[He pokes at the curtains, more light-shaped mounds of snow against the windows, and there are little spots following each prod.]
no subject
He huffs. The color magic is actually kind of cool and it pisses Katsuki off that they just won't share it. That he has no idea how to actually find it either. Asshole.
So while they do all of that nonsense...
Katsuki will start scooping out something of a pool. Not sure that water will actually be good there but... ]
no subject
That sounds great, Gokudera-kun.
[And then, tentatively, he reaches over to grab the bag of decorations that Gokudera brought and offers it to Bakugou.]
Uh, would you like to use any of these?
no subject
He gave him the name of the magic, and the other can just do the legwork on his own. Ask the traders or something? Itās⦠oddly enough, a recipe, so he canāt share.
He glances over at the pool, then looks over at the one heād already made. Okay.. two pools. Guess this is going to be the best tropical dream home ever.]
We could even make pool inflatablesā¦
[Larry has taught him a lot about making light balloons, and heās forming a few mini inner-tubes, delighted by how small they are. Really, itās so cute! He grins at them and sets them down so thereās a little stack. Then, heās rolling logs of clay in an attempt to make pool noodles. Theyāre waaaay too thick, though.]
no subject
[ Decorations... For what exactly? They'd still have to modify them a little considering the size and purpose. But he's still sifting through it anyway. Picking out what he might be able to use. Or modify. ]
Shoulda just got doll house parts.
no subject
[And he doesn't want it to go to waste.]
no subject
[Gokudera replies and looks over his own handiwork before responding to his boss.]
Iām sure that Larry will enjoy whatever we donāt use, Tenth.
no subject
[ Because that thing... Katsuki thinks its a menace but whatever. He's not sure what he would do with such an unpredictable familiar.
But he is finding use for these things anyway. Table settings. Wall hangings. ]
Anyway, I'm workin' on it.
no subject
[And despite all the tensions, Tsuna is having fun. Letting Gokudera and Bakugou work on the house, he's focusing in on some of the more outside details, like a fence.]
no subject
[As if Gokudera has room to talk! Larry is good at repurposing things he finds. It would probably be crushed, or combined with something. Really, as long as thereās imagination involved, Larry will find a use for anything heās given.
Gokudera is poking things here and there to change color so it doesnāt seem like any one space is dominated by one color. This should be vibrant! A tropical ice home⦠Heās smiling at his work and perks up at Tsuna noticing their progress.]
It really is, isnāt it?
sorry guys 8<
I guess.
[ Katsuki also realizes that he's participating. Of his own free will. How odd is that? ]
No worries
I hope the fairies really like it.
[Partly because he doesn't want to be cursed.]
Thank you for your help, Bakugou-san.
Idk y ur sorry <3 no need
