A full indentured servitude can reflect on one's attitude
🧙 WHO: Tsuna and You
⚔️️ WHAT: December happenings, quests and chaos
🕒 WHEN: throughout December
🗺️ WHERE: In Camelot
⚠️ WARNINGS: n/a but could be added if necessary
A - Avalon Crossing: Snowy Shack Paradise
This doesn't make any sense.
[Says Tsuna, as he stands beside a mound of snow and holding a card out in his hands. This had to be a mistake, Tsuna had only made the snowball on a lark. It hadn't meant to be the entry into a sidequest.
But here he was. With a mound of snow and a request to make an Indoor Tropical Paradise. Out of snow?
Tsuna sighs, pulling on his mittens and rather glad that even if they cannot become the Vongola gloves, they still work as regular mittens. Perhaps even better, since they come from Leon's fibres.
At the very least, he can make a fort? That's a start, right?
B - Banyanished Banyananas!
[Tsuna probably shouldn't be looking into this.
The dark web isn't a place he should be looking. But ever since he'd heard about criminal groups using it, particularly when a mafia-sounding group was harassing the refugees, he's been keeping an eye on it. It bothers him that he does it. He's supposed to be avoiding this kind of thing and yet now he's being drawn in of his own volition.
But seeing the quest about the Prison makes his heart sink and he knows he can't ignore it. It reminds him too much about Vindice and their prison. And while he doesn't know the full extent of that operation, he knows enough that it bothers him. (He thinks of Mukuro, Ken, and Chikusa, and as dangerous as they are, they don't deserve that. There might be dangerous people in this prison, but they don't deserve to have their souls sucked away).
And so he's at the library, researching banyan trees and occasionally glancing around furtively, as if someone might catch him in the act.
And eventually, an anonymous message appears on the network:]
What do people know about the underground fae prison>
C - Christmas Chaos
[He'd entered the toy store on a whim.
Even if Camelot didn't celebrate Christmas it was getting to that time of year, and well, maybe Tsuna was attached to a few traditions. And he did have friends who could probably use a gift. He'd really just meant to look at the toys, as he had time to actually decide on purchases. It was a unique store, with handmade wooden toys. Something you'd be more likely to see in a TV special than in real life.
He'd only meant to look.
He was examining some wooden robots, and even dared to pick one up to see how it could move its arms and legs, when there was a shout from behind him and he turned quickly to see the store attendant, a young man dressed ing a green uniform, wobbling on a ladder. Body acting on instinct, Tsuna dove to help him, only in his turn and the dive he knocked over several displays. Toys and decorations came crashing down and to add insult to injury, he was unsuccessful in even helping the attendant, who lands with an "oof" on the floor. There is a scramble of hasty apologies and an attempt to help clean up, when the back door opens and a large man in a red suit with a white beard storms into the room.
The red of his face nearly matches the red of his pants as he surveys the scene and stern eyes land on Tsuna, who cowers.
Anyway, that's how Tsuna finds himself running around town, dressed as a jolly green Christmas-like elf. Maybe you see him trying to drag a cart of wood around, maybe he's buying paint at a store, maybe he's just doing a good old-fashioned coffee run. He's trying not to be seen though, even if he does stick out.]

That almost sounds like something my tutor would think up.
[Reborn would. Something would probably explode. It would be a whole deal in the name of the Vongola.
And then in a quiet voice.]
Did you?
no subject
no subject
[Okay, maybe he does sort of kind of believe in Santa still?]
Nothing like this guy I'm working for...
no subject
[ A playful little nudge. ]
You can vent to me, I won't spill the beans to anyone.
no subject
[Tsuna hesitates, looking around as if the man might jump out of anywhere. Which is a far more common occurrence for him than some might think.]
He's really strict and kinda mean, and you see what I have to wear. And I know, it was kind of my fault but still.
no subject
... Would it help if I wore something silly too?
no subject
I'm used to this kind of stuff happening to me.
[For all the pomp that is placed on being the Vongola Boss, he has to do a lot of ridiculousness. Or maybe that's just Reborn.]
I don't need to drag anyone else into it.
no subject
... You mind if I ask you something kinda weird?
no subject
Uh...alright?
no subject
[ that's Gokudera for you. Apparently. ]
no subject
You were talking with Gokudera-kun. He's...yeah.
[Says it all. But Tsuna sighs and looks at the ground.]
I don't really have a lot to be confident about. I mean, I guess I'm better than I was, but still...
[His nickname is Loser Tsuna for a reason.]
no subject
Do you wanna talk about it? Because if you ask me... yeah, you're not great in the self-love department, but I still think you're pretty great.
no subject
I mean, I appreciate it, but it's fine. really. I mean, I'm a lot better than I was, but I guess, coming here.
Kinda set me back a little bit.
[And it's been hard without Reborn. Harder than he's prepared to admit.]
no subject
[ Because right now she's thinking he's a type of wizard. ]
no subject
It's not really magic, but yeah, basically.
[More like power born of desperation and dying will.]
no subject
no subject
They are pretty cool, really. When I activate it.
[He does like his Dying Will flames, if he's being honest. The pure orange of sky flames are something to see.]
no subject
[ whiiiine. pretty pretty please? ]
no subject
Um...well, they're called Dying Will Flames, or Deathperation flames.
You activate them with your dying will.
[Which could just be your determination and life energy acting together. But in Tsuna's case it was actually his dying will.]
no subject
Duuuuude...! That sounds so cool! Are you like, all on fire and everything?!
no subject
[Kind of like when he uses his elemental magic.]
no subject
[ Give her all the creepy lore! ]
no subject
This is what they look like unactivated. They came from my tutor's chameleon. Apparently, he can make a special, super-strong fibre.
[So Reborn says, and it has helped him many times before.]
no subject
[ Not judging... okay she's judging a little. ]
no subject
[He's not sure how. The mittens probably respond to his dying will somehow. And the gauntlets do actually look pretty cool. He won't lie.]
For now they're stuck as mittens though.
