Hmm. Playtime for the creatures, and magic practice for you. A win-win overall.
[It's like watching small birds learn to fly. They definitely seem to be having fun... except when one seems to get stuck upside down mid-air.]
It seems as though they're not as versed in their abilities yet, though.
