[ Tokoyami didn't see wrong, it's just the obstacles course wouldn't be as easy as it seems. They both were probably underestimating the sick joke of whoever orchestrated this room. Crow manages to keep hanging on. The scorching heat at his back is a good incentive to not lose strength. And there's still the mystery behind what happens when someone falls in, Crow isn't ready to find out!

So when Tokoyami appears before him, he quickly grabs the other's hand and lifts himself up. Once he's safely over the edge, he lets out a sigh of relief. That was close!]
