[Drake's first instinct is to run away, but seeing Ochako's reaction makes him feel a bit more protective. So he moves forward to stand just ahead of Ochako... while still looking uneasy.]

I- I wish I could say that, but it's not me. I swear! If- if this is a joke, it's on me too!

[He holds out a hand as he tries to command the pumpkin.]

Stop right there!

[The pumpkin responds by... starting to spit seeds at them.]
