Are you sure? From what I've seen, you're always thinking about the situation and the actions you should be taking. And so much of that is born from concern from others, whether it's your teammates, your enemies, or anyone who happens to be caught in the crossfire.

That sounds like exactly the right sort of instincts to lead. All you need to do is hone it with practice.
