she blows a crisp, freezing wind along with it, draping the stone in a canopy of ice. she strongly doubts such a thing can withstand dragonfire, but then, neither can a singular rock formation, right? so--]

[more stone. it won't be a permanent fixture, but it could buy time for those evacuating - a temporary reprieve. maybe one, two blasts of fire before its undone and she must clear it? maybe.
