[ He hadn't seen her in person since the concert, and found himself restless to close that gap again, to see her, to listen to one of her long lectures, to just be around her. Something that made him anxious and excited all the same... or at least it had until he'd been confronted with what he could only figure was the bird part of his brain interfering with everything else. A part that was not, altogether, silent just yet.
But he still didn't want to leave that soon. And if they were out in public, he could at least feel like he wouldn't feel so strangely both terrified and infatuated by this new form of hers.
