He only winced a little as she shifted his arm, more because he could feel how off it was than because it was painful, but then she was able to slide it back into place with the right kind of traction. He felt it almost kind of 'thunk', eliciting another, albeit smaller, relieved sigh.
His movements were ginger at first as he started with just flexing his fingers, and then working his way up the rest of his arm joints until he could move his whole arm, checking for any remaining tenderness or tingling. He'd been through this before.]

If anything, it was a mild sprain at worst with a tiny bit of bruising just starting to develop... nothing severely torn or broken, but there was inflammation and tenderness that was making it troublesome for weight bearing, at least, and definitely interfering with any kind of vigorous activity.]
