The reference of insects didn't go beyond her notice. While she wouldn't entirely agree she didn't entirely disagree either... The gunner would have just called those in charge such a term, but then it's probably more of an insult to insects.

"I would say insects move with quite a lot of purpose," Elza calmly replied with. Turning her attention to the people walking by them, she offered a light chuckle. "If you wanted a creature with no purpose, I'd say a chicken without its head would be more suitable." There was a playful edge to her tone. It was obvious that she wasn't turned off by his words.

She knew it was coming and was hardly surprised when his attention returned. "Hmm aren't you a curious thing," She did with a slight chuckle. She was hardly going to tell him, but she had to admit that despite the danger he gave off, she actually found him interesting.

"If you really want to know, then let's see if you can keep up," Elza offered while she disappeared right in front of his eyes.

If he had a keen sense, she wasn't hiding her location which was now on top of the building they were standing in front of.
