[With some of the medical centers around Camelot being overwhelmed with summer fever they are in need of some more hands to help them attend to all the residents and patients in the wards.

While Venti isn’t the hardest worker there is he does have a soft spot for helping others. Even if his sense of helping others means that he’s using his musical talent to sing to the various patients, sick and injured in order to lift their spirits and spread some cheer. Maybe he could be coaxed into some other chores?

Venti can be found attending to a room here and there with an old-looking wooden lyre in hand and singing softly to the summer air. Or enjoying a serenade in one of the main rooms where people walking by can enjoy. Be proud of him since he’s working to help instead of working for a glass of wine to drink. But truly, Venti does have a heart for helping others when he feels he should.

And it is more than a good opportunity to practice some of the newer songs he’s been learning in this world! Like this brilliant tune...]

[The carnival that rolls through town is right up Venti’s alley. With festivities come games and with games comes competition and with competition usually comes a sort of prize. And when Venti eyes the humongous glasses of slushy margarita he seems to sparkle with mischievous delight. Drink a giant slushy of alcohol in order to win a recipe spell that helps you avoid hangovers? ... Sign him up.

But he needs to do this with a partner! Hope someone’s ready to get their drink on because Venti is very suddenly coming up to you with a smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eye. If you look like you can hold your liquor, even better!]

Hello there, friend! Care to try out a rather refreshing little bit of competition? Ehe!

[On this breezy summer day in Camelot Venti can also be found lounging under an old oak tree basking in the warmth of the summer sun and gentle breeze. Yet it might be peculiar to see Venti sitting there with a rather large and dangerous-looking brown and black falcon on his arm. The proud bird is sitting there preening a feather or two while Venti hum gently at it.

Which might be odd to those who know him. For Venti doesn’t have a falcon for a familiar. Who does the bird belong to? Did he steal it?

Nonetheless, the bird seems quite fond of the little bard. When Venti reaches up to pet the creature it coos and nuzzles his hand. It might not give the same treatment to others...]

[The best part of exploring a new city is certainly the draws to the unique shopping that it has. Celliwig has proved to be a bright delight when it comes to new and unique forms of foods, music, and charms to buy. Magic, clothing and trinkets, and all the rest. Venti has found himself wandering about the shops and stands with a curious little glint in his eye.

He comes across a few things that take his interest. Especially a stand that is selling what appears to be different summertime potions. He wants one, as the shop owner notes that they can give some amusing special effects. Fae magic? Or curses?

Without much money in his pocket, though... He might have to resist the urge to do a little sleight of hand. Or charming someone into buying a few things for him.]

Yahoo! Would you like to try something special and new? I heard wonderful things about these.

[ Mona seemed dressed like someone who belonged within Avalon, he robes were custom made and she were enjoying the festivities as she walked about. Venti surprised her when he came to, and invited her - to drink? Mona does not drink, rather seeing it a waste of time and having no desire to implore entirely. Though that is to say, every once in a while was fine - even she recognized that. ]

A drinking competition? I see you found yourself right where you want to be.

( The closer he gets, the more impressive the falcon really is. Despite seeing so many creatures similiar to them at home, it's the first time he's really seen animals like this. )

[Din hadn't really expected to return to Celliwig. After everything that had happened here, he would have been happy to give the city a bit of a berth for a time. But he was also curious, and a new town offers new opportunities.

Though, he supposes that in some cases all markets are the same wherever you. He waves Venti off, not entirely unpolitely.]

[New city, new information! Paimon was ready to explore Cellwig to add into the Paimon Encyclopedia. The place felt alive and packed, like walking into a marketplace. Paimon still couldn't retain herself to float for long, so she still looked like a child passing by, which was a blessing and yet annoying. On one hand, people took pity on the kid for lack of funds or thought how adorable she was, which granted her free snacks. Then the other hand, people treated her like a kid. Though, she couldn't get mad over free stuff.

So there was Paimon, licking a round colorful lollipop happily, until the Bard's voice shot her through the ear. Her face completely fell sour.]

Oh no, Paimon doesn't support drunk bards.

[Cause clearly he's asking for free booze.]

[ The Archon does have this ability to drag Xiao around like no one else can. All he apparently needs to do is look at Xiao with those blue-green eyes. Bat them a few times and the Yaksha is just going to sigh and come along for whatever ride the bard seems to want to take him on.

This time it seems to be to Celliwig - without the whole kidnapping thing. It doesn't take much for Venti to zip from shop to shop to shop. However... Xiao tires of it. He stands off to the side each time. Arms across his chest.

Maybe best to take him elsewhere? ]

[Ah. Hello again, fishy-friend. The person that Venti most undoubtedly refers to as the fish man. Until one day where they might actually exchange names properly.]

As you can see! There's a large pitcher filled with sweet-tasting slushie over there. The first one to finish drinking theirs wins a very valuable prize.

[Venti is still more or less attuned to his flashy and cute bard outfits but he has come to own a few more shirts and short slacks. It's an improvement!

He lets out an airy giggle and lifts a finger. Truth be told? Yes. He's thriving.]

[When the young boy approaches Venti smiles and gives a gentle wave. On the other hand, the bird seems to lift its head from its wing and looks at the boy with beady black eyes looking marginally disinterested?]

[Venti tilts his head. But then he realizes that this sort of exchange is a bit familiar... Time to be nosy!]

Goodness, it does look slightly strange to see Paimon out and about walking on her two feet every now and then, though. He didn't realize it until now but flying suits her better. Perhaps if someone put a leash on her and ran really fast she might fly like a kite...]

He's so busy bustling here and there looking at this and that. He almost doesn't notice that Xiao has taken refuge to the side. While Venti is enjoying this fae-gifted place (the fae lifestyle is almost like his own... airy, no restrictions, flighty customs, and rules) he is curious if Xiao is enjoying the same.

So, instead of one of the potions which he'll get back to later, Venti seems to pick up a small charm from one of the stands and comes up to Xiao to dangle the thing in front of Xiao's face.]

[By some peculiar happenstances Venti has acquired a rather peculiar roommate back in the Red Springs Inn. Ever one to take the easy route for things when he could it was easier to keep a roommate than try to find a room or pay for other accommodations on his own. And well- when the roommate in question seemed to walk into his life who was he to refuse the opportunity? It didn't really matter that his newly required roommate was... Hmm... enigmatic. That's a good word.

Venti returns that evening with a basket of fragrant red apples. One too many for him to eat in one sitting. But most definitely to be used to share.]

Good evening! I hope the day has treated you well!

Care for a snack? I purchased these apples at a buy one get one free deal. I couldn't resist stocking up!

[Diluc watches from a distance for a brief moment before exhaling softly and walking over to the bard. He is a bit surprised to see his falcon with Venti. But at the same time....his gut tells him he shouldn't be.

Even in this new world, the Archon has a certain pull with different creatures. His own familiar, an Anemo Crystalfly is more fond of Venti than it is of him for example.]

I never took you for a bird handler. You should be wearing thicker clothing if you don't want it's talons to leave marks.

I was curious what these fae-made potions could do. It's unlike any of the magic we've seen in Teyvat, after all.
