This is like a scene out of one of those animal documentaries Rosho sometimes puts on for background noise, but far more horrifying to watch in person. He really doesn't want to deal with his familiar harming another animal, or worse, so he's trying his best to be careful about where he steps so he doesn't trample on Doppo while trying to snatch up his kuda-gitsune.

"Would ya settle down?! You're not a wild animal!" There's feathers all over the place now, he can't even keep track of where the bird is. Once he can finally get a grip of his tube fox he snags it by the scruff of the neck and holds it up like a cat.

The bird is in its mouth. Rosho nearly shrieks. "Put it down!!"

The fox does just that, and the bird's body plummets to the ground. Oh god, oh fuck, his familiar's a murderer.

A few seconds later the bird clumsily flutters off, still alive, but definitely having learned a lesson.
